Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs's Online Review Report Card

While visiting Palm Springs this winter my wife, Doris needed Memory care and we fortunately were introduced to Pacifica. I feared the change would be difficult but the staff, starting with Jessica Moreno and Patricia Russell and Erica and Destiny, along with many others are keeping her safe and happy. I’m glad to have chosen Pacifica Senior Living.

My wife is in a memory care cottage at Pacifica. I have been impressed with the wonderful care and support for both of us from the staff and caregivers. I appreciate the smaller scale of the cottages as well as a larger community. My wife has thrived since arriving. The grounds are a plus as we walk everyday. Pacifica is a perfect fit for our situation.

If you're looking for a place for your mother father grandmother grandfather's sister brother that needs assistance or memory Care let me tell you Pacifica is not the place for u if u want your family member to be abused and not takeing care of them go ahead and take them there.. Pacifica is one of the worst assisted living in Palm springs I had a family member passed away because they was not feeding her. I came in one after noon to visit and I notice the caregiver outside 🚬 ng weed Noc shift sleeps at night and the residence inn memory Care are just up and moving around and falling and injuring themselves because the caregiver or sleep or not in the cottage and the manager of the place don't do nothing about it.med tech are droping medication on the floor and giving it to the the people memory Care patients are not getting showered the way they're supposed to walking around with dirty clothes on. Just nasty and sad please don't take your family member there or u will be saying good bye to them for the last time No to Pacifica

As a resident, I just can’t give enough praises. I have been accepted for myself for the first time in my life. No one has made a derogatory comment to me being gay which was not the case at other facilities. Also because I am Seventh-Day Adventist and vegetarian, the cooks did not bat an eyelash but instead have turned out wonderful, nutritious meals. If I were you, this would be the first place to check for assisted living. Thank you.

Great place to put a lives one. That care will f transportation and medical needs. Because of my business I am not able to be there all the time. The staff call when something need my attention. Raul E .

If you are a vendor, refrain from performing any work for this company. They will not pay you! We renovated a dilapidated bathroom and provided all the materials and labor over 2-months ago, and have yet to receive payment for services rendered. They have not returned our calls! RUN! Please do not provide any services to this company; they will give you the run around when it is time to collect money.

As a cook here at Pacifica it’s been a true pleasure to work for Ms Rose. She shows a true love of her kitchen her workers and the residents who live here. The residents are a joy to have chess players veterans teachers All of whom live here and give so much of the life experience they have lived and share with us. A world of knowledge that they are so willing to share with one and all .

The kind lady at the front desk is warm, inviting, and really enlightens your experience at this senior center.
