This new building is such a nice upgrade from the last, the lobby/ waiting area is very nice and comfortable with a great view of the San Jacinto Mountains. They do their diligence with checking for COVID 19, Vaccinations which is great. I've always been impressed with the staff, they get me transferred to the right people within seconds. Always smiling and always kind. They truly go above and beyond. I love that they now offer multiple outlets of healthcare, from substance abuse to the pharmacy. Great Job and thank you.
The worst! Was not given X-ray results for 8 months. A MAJOR ISSUE WAS ON THAT X-RAY !!!!Takes multiple calls and appointments to get what was promised the first time. The whole Riverside University Health network so far & this clinic has been hell to deal with. Here's my run down of the three ppl I've dealt with so far. All degrees of UGHHHHHHHMarlene Jackson NP - her front desk girl combative, rude and does not relay messages to Jackson or maybe it's Jackson doesn't care. Jackson never told me I have moderate to severe degenerative disc disease. Jackson suggested a stronger anti inflammatory pill, never sent in prescription. Front desk girl said she already called it in. WAS NEVER SENT. In the past I had similar issue with her. STAY AWAYThat's how I met... Rene Edith McGaughy NP - Much much better then Jackson.. explains things clearly and willing to spend time with you. Def not best. Makes lots of mistakes so my life has become calling insurance provider / calling the clinic to get prescriptions sent to pharmacy as promised multiple times / finding own pain managment specialist as the one referred and loved by Rene has not responded after 2 emails, 3 voicemails in 25 days(this after I submitted paperwork need to get appointment with them and 1 call with new patient admin). Great thing is Rene is responsive. Her front desk person is fine.So it might take a telemed appt, a call to office and then another call but you get what was promised in the first appointment. Because no one at this clinic really reads the messages. They skim and respond. THE FRONT OF THE OFFICE SEEMS TO BE THE BIGGGEST ISSUE BUT ITS NEVER ENDING. If it wasn't for the fact that I suppose Rene must refer you to specialists in the same network she works for I would stick with her. But that network in general is frustrating to deal with and in the end disappoints 80% of the time.Zenda Lewis Physicians Assistant - claims I missed appointment which I did show too. I saw her once and she can tell you the MRI results but not answer questions on what to do about it. That's not her job. She's "just the messenger".How weird is that?????????***If you only take this much out of what I wrote FOLLOW THIS ADVICE... JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC AND THE RIVERSIDE UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM. Im going to try Desert Care Network next time around
I only wish there was a half star review because that would be my rating for this health center and I use the words health center loosely. I called the appt. line yesterday morning at 7:30 am to make an appt. and was given a time of 11:00 am. I SPECIFICALLY said I ONLY wanted to see a doctor, not a physician's assistant nor a nurse practitioner. An M.D. was my request. Last night I received an appt. reminder with a Nurse Practioner. But wait...that is not the worst part. This morning they called to inform me the N.P. will NOT BE IN and NO ONE else can see me. I'm very upset because I have been sick for over 3 weeks and still am not well after going to urgent care one time where they said I had the flu and gave me Tamiflu. After 10 more days in bed I called and made an appt at this very clinic and saw a very nice Dr. Sumarli who now said I had bronchitis and loaded me up with prescriptions. I began to feel a lot better until a couple of days ago when my throat started to hurt again, have a touch of fever and feel achy. All I wanted was for someone, ANYONE, at this point to look at me today AT ANY TIME and they couldn't see me at all. I was now told I have a virus and I'm to take Vitamin C as that's all that I need. Really?! I've been sick and in bed basically the whole month of December. If this was my 1st visit and I just now got sick I would understand, but when I've been sick for over 3 weeks and I'm still not well I expected to be able to go to my appt. as scheduled. So wrong.
horrible!!!! what are these people getting paid for seriously!? cant even answer the damn phone!? been trying to call them for 2 days can't believe i have to go down there myself just to speak to someone!? it's unbelievable!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
