All this place will do for you is sell you drugs. If you wanna get hooked on opiates this is the spot. You guys aren't fooling anyone just legal drug dealers, i'm not mad at you it is what it is. Gotta let the public know the truth tho.
Waiting for this doc will bring the inner Karen out of you. But believe me when I tell you he's worth it. Just hang in there. Bring snacks, work, a book, whatever. The doc really does take his time with everyone and answers all of your questions.
I saw Reinhart after I had fallen and fractured C-5 and T-7. Both fractures healed nicely but I still had pain in my left shoulder blade. I tried to explain my pain and my fall. Reinhart’s response was he’s the doctor and HE would talk. He then tested my strength in my left arm. After numerous test he declared my arm was going to atrophy to the point of being a dead limb. He then proceeded with shot in C-5 and had his nurse get approval for a series of injections from Medicare. I was extremely upset and depressed at losing the use of my left arm. I decided to get my primary DOCTOR to evaluate. The first thing he said was “I don’t think it’s your neck, but your rotator cuff in your shoulder. This is what I was trying to tell Dr. Know-it-all before he interrupted me and he said he’s the doctor and he would speak. After am MRI and rotator cup surgery I have no pain and TOTAL USE OF MY LEFT ARM. Scaring me with an unnecessary diagnosis because his EGO won’t take the time to listen!
I was a patient of Reinhart's after falling and fracturing my C-5 and T-7 vertebrae. Both healed nicely accept for a sharp pain in my left shoulderblade. I was trying to explain how I did it and how I landed but was cut off and told he's the doctor and he'll talk. He did numerous test on my left arm then telling me my arm was going to atrophy and would eventually, because of my C-5 injury, become a DEAD LIMB! Frustrated I had extreme depression and anxiety. After a terrible time I saw my primary doctor who in 2 minutes decided it WASN'T my neck but instead my shoulder. MRI confirmed this and surgery completely successful. I have full use of my arm and it's stronger from PT than my right. If Reinhart would have listened to his patient not his EGO all his pain and depression could have been avoided. Reinhart is too egotistical to listen to his patients. Sad but one star rating is one too many!
Dr. Reinhart and his staff are truly lifesavers!!! Each and everyone of these individuals makes me feel loved and they truly do what doctors are supposed to do & that is heal people!!!!! Since coming to see Dr. Reinhart my quality of life has increased exponentially !!! A HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Reinhart & his staff !!!!!
If i could give him and his office a big fat O, I would. After reading some of the yelp comments I have to put in my two cents. This doctor and his office are "THEE" most unprofessional staff I have ever met. The waiting time is horrible, but you can buy coffee and a bagel while you wait which is disgusting!!!! His staff is made up of young kids that could care less about your problem. The girl who finally saw me after waiting hours, asked if I would mind letting her trainee practicing on me, it was out of a bad movie!!!! When I finally saw this idiot doctor, he had no idea what I had and was looking up my problem on the computer, I could do that at home. He is extremely unprofessional and so is his staff. It is actually a joke to go see him!!! Too many good doctors in the desert, he should really stick to selling coffee and bagels in his waiting room. He is a horrible, unprofessional and I hate even calling him a doctor!!!!! Most of the other yelps agree with me!!!
DISAPPOINTING - As a returning patient I had good experience in the past [15 yrs ago] but now it is norma to wait 1-3 hours in the office when you show up for your appointment on time. After 2 1/2 hr wait for my first intake app't we left - & that was to see a PA not the doctor This pattern is normal & when I ask staff why waits are consistently so long their 'customer service' answer is "I don't know either!." Nobody ever apologizes or even offers a glass of water after 2 hours and when I made them aware of complaint on their feedback form nobody replied so I don't know if nobody read it or they read it and don't care. I see 9 doctors regularly and nobody functions this way. Follow up instructions after a procedure are slim & you have to push to get any. HE IS A GOOD MAN & DOCTOR but office operations and customer service is stunningly mediocre Disregard the following pre-printed comment on epic review - NICE! Just more hogwash -
I was very disappointed with Dr. Reinhart. I felt very much like it was about taking my money and not helping me with my pain. After my first visit, I started get calls from a vendor regarding a neuro stimulator implant. I was not interested but the calls kept coming. They tried to get me to come to events hosted at his office. It was high pressure!Dr. Reinhart did an injection which was totally covered by insurance and then the second time I went in they wanted a "deposit" before they would complete the procedure. I was only able to actually see Dr. Reinhart twice otherwise it was his PA and there was zero communication within the office. At both his Clinic and his procedure site the wait times were unreasonable. On one occasion they actually forgot I was in the examination room. I waited an hour and half, only patient left!!
I spent 3 months under Dr. Reinhart's care, and they were considerably more painful than the condition he was treating me for. Typical wait times are 90 minutes. Other patients told me this has been going on for years. The office is a cacophony of sounds that do little to improve upon the pain you are experiencing. They have a TV blaring as well as music at the same time. The inner office door is heavy and slams constantly.I was prescribed an extremely expensive medication ($590/month). Reinhart's staff refused to attempt to get me approval through my insurance for a full three months.I switched doctors and had approval for its use in under two weeks. He overbooks his patients to generate income at the expense of the patients themselves.
If you don't mind waiting HOURS to see the doctor, well beyond your scheduled appointment time, have at it. 2 hours wait is normal; at the epidural office, a 4 hour wait is normal. All the while in chronic pain. Defies all logic, greed is the only word I can think of...my time is valuable and I will find a doctor who practices mutual respect.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
