Now this clinic is forcing patients to come twice a month and see multiple providers, in a 2 hour window, twice a month. Thats means 4 hrs in a month to get pain medication. Before starting the program they said no changes on medication and now I couldn’t get a month supply but only 2 weeks worth of medication… I found out about medication changes til I went to pharmacy… There is a lot of people. waiting to be seen and the clinic, therefore the clinic stinks so bad… The Chiropractor stinks as well… Not sure if he is a smoker or he doesn’t shower at all…. Hope someone sees this and do something about it…
Dr. Beth Johnson and her team 😀 Andrew Lombardo and assistant Vanessa Villalobos — were absolutely amazing! They truly understood my FEAR of taking painkillers (I really don’t like them), and Dr. Johnson took the time to explain alternative solutions to help manage my back pain. I really appreciated how caring and understanding they all were. I’ll be having my next appointment in Rancho Mirage with the same company, Lifekind Health, and I really hope to see Dr. Johnson and Andrew again. Great, great people — I couldn’t recommend them more! My name is Giovanni M 😀
The quality of doctors sure has gone down hill. Sad. This use to be a very nice place.
I started coming here about a year ago. And the quality of doctors was phenomenal, they listened to you. They talked to you but now they have one girl in there, Her name is mercy and she doesn't do anything for patients. She comes in stares at her computer screen doesn't talk to you doesn't say anything. The quality of this place has just tanked. When people go in for pain management, they have a reason to go in, but if you're looking for someone that's gonna listen to you and help you figure out how to manage your pain, don't go there, go somewhere else where they actually care about you. All of the other staff is amazing. But Mercy? Forget it! She doesn't do anything for you. It's sad. This place used to be the best. She has ruined it.
I’m appalled seriously with this health facility now known as Life kind. I had a Curonix PNS implanted in my shoulder on 4-9-25. I’ve been bullied into a scheme to making me go to the UTC program for 2 plus hours monthly to have any scripts. Since 2024 I have had procedures injections and weird as it seems the same day or one day later when I could not make the appointment to UTC program. Recently I had a medical emergency due to the Curonix. I just moved slightly in bed Tuesday 8-19-25 at around 10:30 watching a movie and had sudden onset extremely painful and my arm right after the incident my shoulder was immobile instantly. Had to sit in recliner due to the lying in bed was so painful. My husband took me to urgent care to get seen and have x-ray done. The Dr there declined the x-ray stating she wouldn’t know what she would be looking at and to go to ED dept. went and waited as long as I physically could after I was told it’s quite a wait. I texted the physician and asked if Dr could send an stat cray and heard nothing ( crickets) the rep for Curonix told me that the office would call me Monday 8-25-25 6 days for an emergency!!!!!! Waited all day as Dr and M/A were at the surgical center to get X-ray was done from Dr. well an hour before the surgical center was closed saying “the office will call you Monday. Extreme pain no answers no help now I have to try and find somewhere to go who can help and knows about Curonix. But Rancho office called and spoke with my husband to commit to appointment on 8-30-25. That’s all they cared about and the answer is “No way”. Now I’m done with this place.
I have been with them for a few years and I love Dr. Alainani he's helped so much with my pain. Now, for my husband it has been nothing but trouble with the staff. He's leaving voice mails after voice mails with no response. He needs paperwork done for disability and have been trying for a month to get it filled out. They made him schedule an appt again to get it filled out then asked why did he schedule an appt. We cant call and speak to anyone in the office about the status of the paperwork. I went in today nd they said only a certain offices does it and they can't help me. New company sucks if this is how they do stuff. Would be nice if I could get the paperwork and actually talk to someone in the office.
Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve now been rescheduled twice, and after driving 45 minutes to make it to my appointment on time, I was told I need to reschedule again. I’ve tried calling multiple times—only to be put on hold, hung up on, or just never get through. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They only have a call center in Arizona, so there’s no way to speak with anyone local or accountable. Leaving a message? Don’t bother—they never call back. I have no idea how a business can be run like this and still expect to have customers. If I can’t even get someone on the phone or show up for a confirmed appointment without being turned away, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. They don’t even deserve one star, but unfortunately, that’s the lowest you can give. I hope management sees this and actually takes it seriously—but based on my experience, I doubt it
Hard to get appointment. Nobody cares unless you’re going just to get refills. I wouldn’t go there. I’ve been going for six months and I’m looking for a new doctor.
Unfortunately this office is a case of poor communication & multiple people dropping the call repeatedly. I’ve been trying desperately for 4 weeks to get a prior authorization on an important medication. They continue not listening to me & giving me the run around. The doctor is absolutely incredible but he’s not being informed of what’s needed unfortunately. I really like this office but I’m just trying to get help & they drop the ball hard on things like this! I shouldn’t have to suffer as a patient for this long when the simple fix is sending in the paperwork to the correct place! I’m extremely frustrated & wanting to give up at this point!
I absolutely love these people, I have not met one person here that isn't friendly and helpful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
