Antelope Valley Cancer Center's Online Review Report Card

Today was my grandfather's last day of radiation therapy for both his bladder and prostate cancer! He hit the gong that everybody hits and received a certificate for completing therapy! My grandfather usually does not like going to hospitals and seeing doctors, but he always looked forward to his appointments at Dr. Yuchi P. Peng's office. This is because the office was always clean, the staff always greeted him so sweetly, his therapy sessions were both brief (around 5 minutes) and effective, and Dr. Peng went above and beyond making sure my grandfather was taken care of. The way Dr. Peng explains things reminds me of what a teacher does when teaching a new subject to his/her/their students. There was never a time when I was unclear about a certain matter because Dr. Peng was so good at answering all my questions and concerns. Believe me when I tell you this place is a state of the art cancer treatment center and has all the tools that top hospitals like at UCLA and Stanford have.

The most unprofessional horrible place don’t ever go here Jennifer the office manager is an arrogant over powered evil person who wishes to yell at her patients and treat them like kids they over speak on you they lie they are a mess of an office, for 3 months I tried to have my appointment but over 10 times they failed to either call me on my telemed appointment or they would cancel on me waisted my time lost my labs so many times they speak bad about other offices putting blame on them for them not doing their job right stay away from this place I will also be calling better business bureau and medical and Medicare to put complaints on them

that place isn't deaf friendly. no interpreter providing for deaf. i called them for question needs and they say will return back to me. they never call me back over a week. seem dr neeraj not concern on me enough. i found the other oncologist and it is very helpful for what i needs even provide interpreter too. much better. not good for deaf people to go there.

They are great. Never any issues.

Be prepare to wait two hours pass your scheduled appointment time. They do not give your test results unless you see the doctor.

Still waiting for a call from referrals that were supposed to be submitted 2 months ago. I call AV Cancer Center and always get transferred to voice mails. I don't get any call backs. I tried to let the operator know that I need to actually speak to a live person and they transfer me to voice mails anyway. Horrible customer service.

The staff here is great. They really take the time to put you at ease (as much ease as you can achieve while getting radiation treatments!) They answered all of my many questions and helped me with notes for work and insurance paperwork.

With my husband going through radiation this was the best location for us. The staff in Dr Pengs office is amazing and always have a smile for you. These ladies always go the extra mile. My hubby is in and out in a flash and heads back home for a nap. There is rarely any wait here.
