Today was my first day seeing Dr Hayes. And he was great! He even made a joke about me not having on matching socks . He has a great nurse Destiny also.

Big clinic for them not to have enough doctors seen by a walk in day. Your child could be sick and it won't be seen by same date.

I am always met with friendly staff(OBGYN SIDE) from the front desk to the nurses who handle my vitals,as well as the man who draws the labs . I had dr Myers who was great with my care plan and gave me realistic expectations which helped me better prepare for the outcome, although today I had a not so great encounter with the security guard regarding my toddlers tablet,I still give them a great rating overall as this was an isolated incident with one person (which I hope is not an issue in the future),as I feel this location has been great with my care for several years now.

Poor management and no constancy when trying to insurance questions answered. There isn't enough room on the page to explain. They canceled 2- of my wife's appointments.. Then rescheduled one. I can't get a answer as to why?' Simple answer, AVOID them!

Showed up an hr early and they're still 30 min late to my appointment. The waiting time is insane!!!! Time to look for a new clinic.

I wanted to give this clinic a fair chance, but unfortunately my experience was exactly as others have described. I arrived early for my 1:00 pm appointment at 12:40 pm, the doctor did not see me until 1:50 pm and the visit ended before 2:00 pm. The doctor did not greet me or make eye contact, and I was not given the opportunity to ask her questions or discuss my health concerns. When I tried to mention the main issue I wanted evaluated, I was told I would need to schedule another appointment...The visit felt extremely rushed. I waited over a month for this appointment and came prepared:( Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic at all!!!!!

The worst clinic ever. It's the closest to me by location, so me and my family come here. I have never experienced anything like this. The front desk will either forget to properly check you in or will forget to pass the doctor's message to you that your scheduled appointment that you there for got moved to a later time. They are not very friendly and seem like they don't want to be there. If you have an appointment here, whatever it is consider staying here all day and don't plan anything else. It usually takes 4-5 hours for you to be out. 2+ hours at least just to be seen by your doctor. Again (!) I'm talking about scheduled appointments. These are not walk ins. Absolutely the worst place ever.

Honestly, prior to this last year this place was fantastic! Dr Taba was my child pediatrician and we loved him. I was so sad to see him leave but good for him cause once the coverted this place it's been nothing short of HORRIBLE. You used to be able to call and get an answer within a few minutes now it takes over 45 mins for someone to answer and if you request a call back FORGET it they never callback. They filled this place with students and now you can't even see an actual doctor. Glad to be moving my kids out of this place!
