Office is Great, they are always helpful sometimes they are very busy but they always get to you in a response is there . Dr. Buffman has taken care of myself, and my mom came to live with me he tended to her too. He is amazing and always takes his time to make sure he asks all the questions, of how you are felling. Best place ever. Very compassionate and professional. Be patient and take the time to see for yourself. You won’t be sorry for the wait. Well worth it.

I love this place and my dr he is the best it took me a long time to find a good dr the receptionist, it is the best. Always answers the phone with kindness. If you might sound rude sometimes, but she's not she just has a lot of phone calls. One has to have patience. The doctor always helps me. No matter what everyone in that office is very good. And kind if you're looking for a good doctor look at my doctor buffman, I don't know if i'm pronouncing it right?But that's the doctor

The office manager is a rude hostile lady who never returns calls or voicemails and the gets mad because you miss an appointments that they make without calling the patient to let them know. An office only works good when there is communication and good services. I think it’s time for a more respectful and responsible office manager who actually does her job!

Called to see a doctor for throat pain. And no doctor was available???? All the doctors and nurse practitioners we not in the office on a Wednesday.

This review is specifically about Dr Barry Buffman. First Valley is a group with many offices in the AV- Palmdale, Lancaster, Rosamond Cal City Etc- and with many doctors. I met Dr. Buffman when he was filling in for our local doc in Cal City. Dr. Buffman seems more like a big city doctor from the old days— in that he instills more confidence than many docs, especially doctors I’ve seen out in the AV. Dr Buffman took his time and found many things my previous primary doc should have done over the past 2 years. I like Dr. B so much, I drive 2 hour round trip, ( instead of 1.2 miles from my home to the local guy ). I feel my complicated, many interrelated issues- medical problems are now being addressed.

On November 12, 2024, I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Eric Denley at 3:30 PM at the 42357 50th St W., Ste 107, Lancaster, CA 93536 location. Despite arriving promptly at 3:20 PM and signing in, I was not called in to see the doctor. At 4:30pm I asked the receptionist if I was going to be called and she said that she didn't see me come in the office even though my name was on the sign-in sheet, therefore; the doctor could not see me for my in-person scheduled appointment because he doesn't see patients after 5:00pm. I was upset as I needed to go over my labwork since I hadn't been feeling good. In the past, I also had issues with billing. When I scheduled my initial physical exam at the First Family Medical Group on Avenue S in East Palmale, CA, I begged them to bill it as preventive care as my insurance covers it 100%. They didn't, and I ended up with a big bill. When calling the billing department, the lady, Yvonne, was rude and hung up on me. For that physical exam, I waited 2 hours to be seen by the nurse practitioner. In other words, this First Family Medical Group Clinic is a real joke and I am not going back there again.

Sure the office is crowded in the morning but good things come to those who wait for top level treatment from Dr. Barry Buffman. Dr. Barry Buffman is the most honorable and Integredous doctor I've ever been in constant dealings with with he as a professional medical practitioner. He actually saved my life and freed me from the "State of California incorporated operating as the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, United States of America incorporated in direct assistance conjoined efforts with the American Bar Association" thus RICO. When he read my legal dealings regarding the irrefutable evidence and recognized how I a man on california ground was a victim of RICO and HUMAN TRAFFICKING. By the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation who were my captors, by writing me a doctor's note removed me from their captivity. I love you Sir and will always be in your debt. Besides the above, he's also going above and beyond when every diagnosis is spot on. Researching even using natural remedies at times. Before any government agency chooses to raid my home for the purposes to induce more human trafficking, please consider contacting me like men and I would love to talk and provide irrefutable evidence so you may remain in honor instead of your past treasonous acts and being at my home with estimated 13 cars, can't remember the exact ratio yet 5 DA police cars, 4 FBI cars, and 4 parole. One of the worst medical providers I've ever encountered only interested in scheduling a new appointment for a single event illness or test recommend staying away from this place
