Excellent drs and staff. Lancaster and Palmdale! They Actually listen to you and ALWAYS explain and answer your questions! Plenty of parking and security! Dr Sami Nafoosi is the Best. Blood work lab is right next door. Very convenient

Had my first appointment with Dr. Ibrahim, She is truly an amazing doctor, she was patient and heard all my concerns. She is also very knowledgable and explained things in great detail. I also enjoy the fact that they were punctual and overall the rest of the staff was also friendly. I am so glad I found Dr. Ibrahim !

I just switched to Heritage from Kaiser. I got my first physical with Dr. Woodcock. The doctor and the Heritage staff were great. I highly recommend. The care I received was amazing!

I'm one to chalk up a bad experience and move on, but this.... Appointments are far out and once I got in, the Doctor acted like asking for a second opinion was the craziest thing he's ever heard. Not to mention the entire reason for the appointment was for this and they didn't/forgot to request the proper paperwork. As the kids say, it felt like a temu of healthcare experience. I'd rather go back to Kaiser and pay the premiums where at the least felt engaging, understanding and would take an outside the box look when requested.

The pharmacy had a back order on my insulin. So the pharmacy message the doctor for another brand of insulin. It's been two days and they have given me the run around. I told them my glucose went up to 400 which never has. Still no response. Worst place ever

Recomiendo al 100% este lugar, mi experiencia aquí fue de lo mejor, te atienden de una gran manera desde que entras, la mayoría hablan los dos idiomas, las enfermeras bien amables todas. Los doctores también son bien atentos y amables en especial mi doctora Tania Sedano, ella es bien amable y atenta con sus pacientes, es difícil encontrar doctores que te atiendan super bien . Los recomiendo al 100%

STOP BEFORE YOU GO DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE !! Great doctors but the incompetent rude staff is the issue. When you call about your prescription your information is taken and if you do not follow up, nothing happens, your PRESCRIPTION dies right there. Days later When you call back regarding your PRESCRIPTION mysteriously you are told there's no record of you ever calling. Then the games start, "well did you get the name of the person that you spoke with, the date and time of your call"? SAY WHAT??? SERIOUSLY ??? My apologies, I did not know I had to go to this extent to have a PRESCRIPTION refilled!!!! Micromanaging your operation to get my prescriptions is not something I'm used to. This seems to be a trend lately. Unless you call days sometimes weeks ahead of time to let them know your prescription needs to be refilled it simply goes unanswered. You have to micromanage; calling the doctor, calling back a day later confirming they received your phone call the previous day (often several times) and actually calling the pharmacist to confirm that they received the information from the doctor, then the allotted time required for your pharmacist to fill the prescription. All this just to get a prescription filled by HDMG it's ridiculous. All of this has to be completed BEFORE, your PRESCRIPTION runs out. Now when the system breaks down and believe me it will, as the employees are inconsistent informing the doctor about your refill. You have to go through this process all over again. It's truly sad this level of medical care has depreciated to refill one PRESCRIPTION!!!!! There is always some excuse why the HDMG PRESCRIPTION refill process did not happen. Over and over and over month after month it keeps getting worse!!!!! I've been with the same doctor for many many years and wIth the switch to HDMG is where and when all the problems started. Over the past few years the selected few great employees who truly helped patients from the support staff have left! When my doctors leave I'm leaving this place faster then Johnny left Amber. No need to continue to be dumped on by this place!!!!!

This is a Renaissance Imaging location that I have gone to several times for different needs that they could not assist me with, yet over the phone I was told they could. One inconvenience okay, two and three well yeah things get pretty upsetting. You're better off going to W Palmdale or Lancaster locations for your services
