List of Kaiser Permanente Palmdale Medical Offices's Reviews
Nice hospital 🏥. Pharmacy is way too small. Time to upgrade it.
Love this Kaiser..can get appointments with PCP very fast, same day appointments with other doctors if needed and pharmacy is quick. The pharmacy is the reason I go here because Lancaster's pharmacy is ridiculous.
The nurses in nurse visit are amazing, they work in a timely manner and show alot of compassion.
I'm impressed with a security guard lady, she saw mi wife condition and right away, brought a well chair, for her That's humanity and care person
I'm very happy with my heath care team at kiaser hospital allways happy with care I receive
The hospital or whatever you want to call it dont even deserve 1 star. The pediatric doctor and nurse's were very unprofessional making assumptions on my daughter's health for 1 and 2 they were caught in a HIPPA violation as they lied and chit chatted amongst their colleagues in the hall way thank God my wife caught them talking so there is no denying it.. we definitely won't be back, if you hate your job or working in the AV due to how busy they might be because it's a small town that's not your patients problem that's yours...
I am 100% impressed with Kaiser Permanente in Palmdale! I was so worried about the availability and service but after today's visit I know I picked the right insurance. Dr. Naaiko Yorichika was so kind and listened to my concerns, she made me feel comfortable. I was in and out within one hour tops. As for picking up my medication I waited no more than 20 minute's. My overall experience was A+++.
My sister Nicole Buckner had an excellent experience with Janelle Carr. She was professional, compassionate, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the mammogram process. Her calm and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and she made the procedure as painless as possible. I truly appreciated her care and professionalism
Have been trying to get an MRI referral done since I got in a car accident 4 months ago and am still in pain . I did a phone call and a in person appointment and they keep telling me they are not allowed to and need me to see specialist so they can determine if my pain is valid enough to get one done . I then asked to get my brain scanned if I was able to since people in my family have been having unexpected aneurysm and he told me I have to have a valid reasoning for them even be able to get it scanned . I pay well over 400 a month and they are telling me I am not allowed to get scans done of my body to catch something ahead of time before it ends worse.
Kaiser need to put their patients care first... Patient care has definitely gotten pretty bad with Kaiser. You can't get a in person appointment with your PCP. When you get a in person appointment with another provider. Its a crap shoot if that doctor is going to show up or not.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
