This place is horrible ! The recipients was very un pleasant and matter of fact towards me. And wouldn't even try to help me look up my insurance information. I ended up having to pay in full and even when I received attention the nurse reminded me I was last in line. I've never been to a clinic who treats their patients the way this place treated me. As a Cancer survivor I've been through countless medical offices in the past and this place is by far the worst medical office I've been too. Not due to equipment or cleanliness but thru attitude towards their customers. I walked away with no diagnosis. Honestly if you have a choice between this office and another, I'd go with the latter.

I really love this dr. however seems the front desk can be a little rude in person and over the phone. I recently had a Dr. visit but seems my insurance had a problem with in net work provider versus out of network. So- I show up for my appt and I am billed a heavy amount, of course I question it and ask if perhaps I can be billed for the visit to give myself an apportunity to call my insurance as I paid for my last copay and news to me that I had a larger amount to pay. I hadn't received a prior notice if so I would have called my insurance asap. I also asked if perhaps I can pay for the outstanding balance which I never knew about to begin and they came back with a number which i felt was still unreasonable and considering I am a patient of over 5 years. I have never "not" paid any consultation. So I had to leave my appointment. I am just very disapointed the office didn't work with me. I was there at the appointment. It's time consuming taking the time off work. Billing could have also called my insurance to ask why copays changed.

Her staff is always gossiping and tries talking to you about other things unrelated to the visit also makes you feel very uncomfortable never going back

Always trusted her with all my heart . She has saved me from two back surgeries. She is always readily available. Extremely smart and knowledgeable and caring .I highly recommend her .

Outstanding staff and service. Dr. Motlagh is very knowledgeable and helpful. I scheduled a microdermabrasion with Ashi, he explained the procedure I could already see results after and I didn’t wait when I arrived for my appointment.

Today was my second facial appointment here with Ashi, who has quickly become my go to esthetician, not only is he great at this but caring and easy to talk to, he caters to everyone's individual needs and my skin is improving and I love this clinic

I had my first appointment at this health clinic after finding their Instagram and had a microdermabrasion by the esthetican Ashi, I felt very cared for and the treatment was professional and so relaxing, I'll be rescheduling regularly and recommending this clinic for facials

My family and i have been coming to see Dr.Motlagh for few years now, she is very professional and staff is friendly. Recently my wife had procedure done and i saw results after the first treatment. The technician that performed the procedure is very professional and knowledgeable and made her feel at ease. He explain the procedure and made sure she was comfortable. we highly recommend this clinic.

My experience was very pleasant one , the place was very clean the people was extremely nice, I had an appointment for a microdermal facial, I really have to salute Ashi for doing such a extremely good job on my face, Ashi I want to thank you so much for you being so passionate on what you do.

I went to get a microderm and Ashi was my esthetician. He’s really attentive and very knowledgeable with skincare! I felt like him being the one doing my face was the best choice i made. My skin after has had such great results and such a nice glow, can’t wait to come back for my next session with him!! Also i’d love to add that the front desk Liz, she was amazing from the moment she greeted me and when I came out!! Her customer services and communication skills are really the best !!
