Im here with my Mom. Wait time is horrible no social distancing here....place is packed with people waiting and no place to sit. No six feet apart. People in front of us had appointments 2 hours ago. We have been waiting 1 hour. I would think they would book less appointments or further apart during covid numbers were still at 209 a couple days ago!

Took minimal care with my issues of my ankle, two non fusions, am still not able to walk without extensive pain. Told me he was relocating to Palmdale CA, in May 2014.

Dr. Bader took very little responsiblity for the profound motor and sensory damage that occurred during my partial hip replacement. His followup was lacking in insight and appropriate referrals for further treatment. Told me he relocated his practice out of area yet maintains local contacts on web.

Dr. Bader and his staff are late getting to work. If you have the first appointment, you wait outside. The wait inside can sometimes be very long. Dr. Bader's staff seem to be novices. They are learning on the job and faces change often. It seems he saves money by not having a regular staff . It made me feel very uneasy as I could sense the "unsureness" of his employees while they were doing their job. I don't think he pays for custodian services either. (waste baskets are full in the early a.m. and rooms are not as tidy as they should be). Dr. Bader seems more concerned with his outside image. He does not possess too much professionalism. I would not go to Dr. Bader for any surgery. My surgery was only satisfactory. I am still having problems. Get a second opinion.
