I took my son in a month ago and they still have not sent in his prescription. An enormous waste of time and money. This place will avoid your calls and never return them. Go with any other dermatologist. I have called them and asked constantly with constant assurances that it would be resolved. Absolutely horrible experience.

I chose to see Dr Chow at McCrays office in Palmdale. I have to say I’ve been extremely happy with Dr Chow and his staff. He is so friendly, very informative of what is going on during surgery, takes the time to hear & answer any questions and concerns. I love his 2 assistants and their pleasant and fun witted personalities. They keep you calm & relaxed because of their pleasant atmosphere. I only wished I would’ve chosen/found them sooner. Highly recommended!

The two Doctors I seen were extremely professional and treatment was effective. Although the Palmdale office does have a payment disclaimer, you have to be careful with how they bill, specifically for seniors with Medicare and secondary insurance. Pay very close attention to their billing methods.

Beautiful office and efficient course of treatment. I did feel dismissed when surfacing my concerns to the RN and Dr. I had to follow up several times after my visit when I realized I overpaid and that my insurance covered more than I was initially told.

My experience with Dr. McCray and his staff was all positive. He explained my condition thoroughly and the nurses were very knowledgable and helpful. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. The premises were clean and the wait time was short.
