Este lugar se hace llamar Palmdale Regional Wome’s FC La PEOR clínica a la que eh acudido en toda mi vida!! El peor servicio y la peor atención médica por “la proveedora” que eh tenido… me dejé llevar por las reseñas de este lugar pero hoy salgo decepcionada y por última vez. No pienso regresar!! Eh venido varias veces desde enero este año y hasta esta fecha no eh tenido ningún examen físico, te preguntan tu peso y estatura en vez de ellos mismos subirte a la báscula cómo debe ser el Protocolo y lo apuntan en cualquier papel roto que encuentran. Eso para empezar me dio muy mala impresión. Quise darles la oportunidad de que el servicio cambiara pero hoy fue la definitiva…falta de comunicación entre el personal que me vino afectando a mí como paciente, “la proveedora” Angelique Hernandez no te escucha y siempre está apurada, se equivocó varias veces en mis recetas y en órdenes de análisis (cosa muy importante) pues no indicó lo que realmente requería. me tocó dar varias vueltas a la clínica para arreglar su error y esperar por días para obtener mis medicamentos porque la señora no se presentaba tales días! Y yo necesitando mi medicamento para tiroides. Requería refill de pastillas anti-conseptivas y tenía que recordárselo porque su sistema no les da para informárselos. Y todavía me pregunta cuál medicamento fue que me recetó por última vez, omg!! Según mi médico de cabecera era El doctor llamado Ken Clayton por el que jamás fui atendida. No me había querido cambiar por cuestiones de esperar a mis resultados pero ya no pienso regresar más y me alegra por las buenas experiencias que han tenido los últimos pacientes hace UNO, DOS AÑOS ATRÁS pero a mí me fue TERRIBLE!! y si le doy una sola estrella fue por la niña Lourdes que atiende al frente. (Update) Salí de ahí con la información de que me habían ya referido hace semanas a un obstetra, llamé a mi Aseguranza y me informaron que ellos jamás enviaron la referencia para una aprobación 🤦🏼‍♀️ ya no quise llamar ni si quiera para alegar eso, no vale la pena gastar mis energías en una “clínica o doctor” que a lo que me informaron ni siquiera está aprobada o calificada para referir. Y cabe mencionar que fui a recoger mi medicamento y de nuevo me recetó el medicamento incorrecto. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Had a great experience here , they helped and assisted me in a kind manner. The front staff was helpful and went over everything. Mrs.Tahar helped reassure me while going over my concerns!

This was the best experience i have ever had with a provider. The nurse practitioner Mrs. Tahar is better than any doctor iv seen. Hands down this is the best experience i have had at any clinic . The nurse practitioner actually cares about her patients. Iv never had such a thorough physical at any doctors office . Highly recommend!

Nurse practitioner Bobbie Tahar is not for the people. I would say she is very unpassionate. I've been to her doctors office 3 days in a row and the 7 to 10 minutes that she (Bobbie Tahar) stood there debating with me on why she didn't want to sign my sons papers. She said that she technically has 7 to 10 days to fill them out, when she usually fills them out the same day. BULLY The question is, do these nurse practitioners work for us or what? Because she sure acts like she's the only doc oops nurse practitioner in the AV. I guess I'm not supposed to speak up when these people do and speak how they want to. NO not today Miss Tahar. When I arrived, I was actually mistaken about my appointment date. I had the right time, but I was one day early. They were so accommodating. They told me I might wait a little bit longer to be seen because they were squeezing me in, but they did still see me. The wait time was not bad at all. From the moment I was greeted by the ladies at the front window all the way to my discharge process I was pleasantly surprised. I felt very welcome and warm. Very different feeling that I have had at previous doctors offices. I felt like I was not just another patient, but rather I was an individual. I was able to not only complete my yearly check up

I’ve been going to this clinic for the past few months, the staff and management are kind and welcoming and the provider is amazing she took her time in helping me fix my issues. This was the first doctor I’ve seen that I felt really listened to my questions and concerns she made me feel comfortable and safe with her as my provider. Highly recommend
