Such an amazing experience! They were able to get me in for an appointment fast. Entire staff was super nice professional and friendly. Dr was extremely informative and kind and was able to assist me that same day. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Excellent staff very professional very clean
Amazing staff and service. The Doctor is always helpful, makes you feel heard/seen. The offices(Palmdale & Santa Clarita) are extremely accommodating, will never go to another dermatologist.
I recently visited this clinic under a VA community care referral, and my experience was one of the most unprofessional medical visits I’ve ever encountered. Before even being seen, I witnessed the doctor and receptionists loudly arguing about another patient’s case in front of several people in the waiting area. This was highly unprofessional and set a negative tone for the visit. Once in the exam room, the medical assistant was professional during intake. However, when the doctor arrived, the appointment quickly became contentious. I expressed my preference to start with a gentle treatment approach for acne before considering harsher options like doxycycline or Accutane. Instead of engaging in a discussion about treatment options, the doctor dismissed my concerns, stating he was not a homeopathic or progressive treatment approach doctor and would not consider that approach. When I mentioned that I also have psoriasis, a diagnosis previously confirmed by both VA and private dermatologists, the doctor openly laughed and aggressively questioned its validity. He insisted he would not recognize it unless I could “show him something that looked like psoriasis.” I found this dismissive and unprofessional, particularly from a provider working with VA referrals, where patients expect respect and evidence-based care. The doctor’s posture and demeanor were lazy and dismissive throughout the visit, and it was clear he had little interest in working collaboratively with me as a patient. Between his combative attitude and the chaotic atmosphere of the clinic, I felt it was best to leave. This is not the level of care veterans should receive. Community care providers accepting VA referrals should be held to a higher standard, and I sincerely hope the VA re-evaluates its association with this clinic. I strongly advise other veterans to consider alternative providers if they are seeking respectful, professional, and competent medical care.
My first time going to this dermatologist and I had a great experience. The doctor listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, the front desk staff was very friendly. I will be coming back. Would highly recommend!
I am so grateful to God for blessing me with a referral from a friend to Dr.Kishishian at MySkin. Very professional, very thorough, very kind as well. He found a couple cancers one of which he performed a MOHS surgery. The other he caught through a scalp check. A rare cancer with a high percentage of reoccurrence. He cut it all out and got it all. He checked it today for healing and he said healed well! He said we have to keep on top of it and more skin checks. But what a blessing he and his staff are! Efficient, professional, and like a family there!
Dr. Ketchichian is an amazing and caring doctor, as well as his staff! They make you feel at ease, for whatever procedure you are there for. Very professional, and great to joke with too, a much appreciated release! Best knowledge and equiptment for all your needs!
They over book their patients and don't Inform you about any delays or wait times, I waited 25min to be seen the. Walked out the door, after walking out they ran out to tell me they are ready to see me and I told them I was no longer interested in being seen there. I called while driving home to inform them I wanted them to shred my documents and the reason I would not be seen the last on the phone gave me and attitude and said that I wasn't waiting that long and I was filling out the patient intake forms, which took me 2 mins to complete and I had gotten there at 8:53 and left at 9:25ish my apt was at 9. Id avoid unless you want to be seen by a client that again over books their patients. I am a military veteran and was referred/scheduled by tri-west.
I really like Dr. Kechichian. He is fun and friendly, and really knowledgeable. I needed to bring my two young daughters in for very different issues, and he treated them both with excellence and kindness. I see him interact with other patients and he puts everyone at ease and makes them feel important and comfortable. A rare doctor these days! Also, incredible staff! Super nice and sweet to myself and my kids. I'm grateful to have this dermatologist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
