I had back surgery only seen the doctor just before surgery. I have been unable to see him for my 6 weeks post surgery appointment due to confusion with my insurance. It hasn’t changed still the same. My appointment was canceled now I’m told he’s booked till end of October. I have never heard of having back surgery then not being able to talk to doctor about X-Ray’s and my progress which is not good.

Dr. Parsa is a great doctor! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about his staff. I called Dr. Parsa in Feb about back surgery. He wanted me to have imaging done, of course. Mel had me call 3 different offices about the tests. None of these places were close. They weren't even in my county. None of them performed those specific tests. I found an imaging center, close to my home, that did. As it turned out, they requested the wrong tests. After approximately 2 months, that part was resolved. I went in for my tests but Dr. Parsa's staff neglected to order the necessary lab work. It took 6 weeks to reschedule the tests. The 1st time, they sent the orders to the wrong lab so we rescheduled. The next time, I arrived for the tests & was told the lab work was incorrect. I called Dr. Parsa's office. They apologized & ordered the labs, again. I waited another 6 weeks to get the tests done. This happened, at least, 4 times. Each time I had to wait 6 weeks to reschedule. It's about 7 months now & they still haven't gotten it right. I had an appointment with Dr. Parsa & was planning on talking to him about the problems. The office manager, Alona, canceled my appointment & refuses to allow me to speak to the doctor until after he gets the test results. How do I do that if they can't get it right? I have no lab work and no appointment. Alona has no plans to reschedule or allow me to talk to the doctor. Trying to cover your tracks, Alona? Not on my watch! I filed a complaint with my insurance company & now have my appointment. I'm praying that the staff can get it right, once I speak to Dr. Parsa. This is a surgeon's office. Patients are in pain. The staff tries to hide their mistakes by not allowing patients to speak to the doctors. How many other patients are they mistreating? How many patients are waiting, in pain? This is unacceptable. This is ABUSE. The staff at Neurospine Institute is incompetent, 100%!Alona & the rest of the staff should be fired immediately. Perhaps take a class in humanity, common sense & etiquette.

I wished this was all a bad dream . March 2011 had spinal fusion By Dr Carson spent 25 days in hospital only saw him1 x when being discharged. I can no longer walk they saw me 4 x after I got home from hospital the pain was horrendous and severe I DIDNT KNOW know what to do then I saw Dr. PARSA because Dr Carson told me "we are just going in circles with you" I saw Dr. Parsa for no more the 4 mins and he told me " looks like we are threw with you" here" I left that building in tears scared to death wondering what am i going to do. I can't live with this excruciating . HE JUST KICKED ME TO THE CURB. TODAY I HAVE NO LIFE NO EXPLINATION JUST KICKED TIO THE CURB LIKE I WAS A STRAY DOG. I CAN NO LONGER FEEL MY LEGS OR WALK . I AM IN SCOOTER I CANT DRIVE ANyMORE I CANT EVEN MAKE A SANDWHICH .. THATS NOT ME, MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE HAS CHANGED I WAS A VERY INDEPENDENT WOMAN AND NOW IM PERMENTALY DISABLED

I love Dr. Parsa! He is an awesome doctor! Very professional. Has helped me so much with everything I have been through! Really efficient, on point, respectful, with a great personality, and his staff is great!

We're do I begin, this dr is by far the most amazing dr I have ever seen. He truly cares about his patients and always strives to give the best advice and really rallies in your corner. He goes above and beyond. I have had 1 surgery with him and he treated me with the best attitude and genuine care. I love that I feel like I can trust his judgment and when he says he will take care of you, you know that that's exactly what you will get. If your looking for an honest dr...... dr parsa is the dr you are looking for 100%. Thank you dr parsa for being my advocate and really caring about your patients.

Obviously this place will not get my business. My insurance does not require a referral but apparently their office does. I was diagnosed with migraines years ago, so why do I need a referral for such a common issue? Seriously?

Dr. Parsa always had a problem with me from the beginning. He is rude/condescending/sensitive when it comes to his patients going against his "medical expertises" & REFUSED to refer me to a Physical Therapist after my lower back surgery because he had a personal problem. Thanks to his medical malpractice, I reherniated my disc worser than what I did before the surgery. This doctor is ONLY in it for the money & doesn't care for his patients especially if they are overweight (he blamed me being overweight when I had a seroma a week after my surgery when he refused to put a covering on my incision). My leg pain is worser after he butchered me & now I can't even walk 5 minutes without being in excruciating pain & I regret this surgery because I WASN'T in good hands when I was in the hospital back in April. When I was in pain/having back spasms, I requested to him to at least giving me some medication (fyi: I am not fromthe area) & he said, "i think that's too dangerous to do", literally, this doctor refused to give me ANY medication for his own butchered job & refused to take ANY accountability that my surgery was a FAILURE (my complications with my leg pain started 3 months after the surgery) because he doesn't believe that he can do any wrong. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT go to this guy because he ruined my life & put me through mental, emotional & physical trauma.

Good evening everyone. I would like to say it has been 5 months after my surgery and I am doing amazing! I would recommend Dr. Parsa because he is very understanding and caring when it comes to his patient's care. As my surgery date was nearing I was very nervous and scared. Dr. Parsa went over the surgery with a lot ofdetail and reassured me that it was going to be okay. Before my surgery, the whole left side of my body would go numb sometimes and now it's all gone. I would like to thank you Dr.Parsa very much. I would like to also say thank you to Dr.Parsa's team became they are very polite, caring. Especially Kellee because she would call me after my surgery to check up on me and make sure I was well.

Good evening everyone I would recommend Dr. Parsa He's very understanding and caring when it comes to the patient care. I went to his office yesterday to get my injection done, and I was very nervous when I get inside of his office but his staff was very kind and helped bring my nerves down.
