Wait times are terrible front office people are rude as fuck condescending , none of these people here not even the nurses seem to not know anything. You ask a question and they're like idk or I'm not sure who you spoke with. They fuck up orders all the time. Honestly time to call the insurance and get a new doctor. They never answer their phones, the office always seems like a damn mess. If I could give ZERO stars I would. WORST DOCTOR OFFICE , same for both suits C&F what a joke.

I wouldn't give them stars they never answer never they said they send my moms lab to go give blood my mom starving herself went and they said they didn't find anything the receptionist and front people don't do their job right and are not professional why isent this place closed I don't understand these type of people shouldn't work this is the worst people should not go there and waste their money

Rude receptionist that answer the phone. Been a longtime patient and was discouraged by the receptionist who I informed I was pregnant and needed to see a doctor. The receptionist did not care she was still rude like it’s so hard to answer the phone I’m sure she didn’t need a degree for that. Because of her I will be changing doctors. I’ve never been discounted by a receptionist who prolly would like to leave early for the day so she is turning away long time patients such a shame. Sh was very rude as if sitting down and answering the phone is hard she may need to seek other employment.

So unprofessional a day before they called , to tell me my daughter insurance wasn't covered they waited all morning to tell me this at 4:30 when my daughter appointment is the next day at 2:30 . Them knowing I needed this appointment asap for my daughter kidney . Then they hang up in the middle of the conversation. I would not recommend this place . Go somewhere else .

I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a medical office. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Roy Medical Group for over a week now, calling more than 30 times, and not once has anyone answered the phone. It doesn’t matter what time of day I call, there’s no response and no way to get help. For a medical group, this is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for their patients. If they can’t even answer the phone, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual care. Absolutely terrible experience — I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be filling a complaint and taking the phone records to my lawyer.

The worst doctors office I have ever BEEN too. Cockroaches on the floor during a papsmear The doctor was rushing, brought in the wrong paperwork which was extremely unprofessional. Pee stains on the toilet There phone systems ARE ALWAYS OFF You call and they say to call back during normal hours which is 9am-1pm It’s 10:39 am and you can’t reach them. This has happened more than once So tired of this

Today I brought my son in for a doctor’s appointment, and the nurse practitioner was so Rude. She literally had the most horrible attitude and was very unprofessional. I will Not be bringing my son back to place! I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here! This place has such a negative energy and I should have left as soon as I walked in the door.

Suite F staff are SO RUDE. I overheard one of them say to the other employee “I’m so glad you speak Spanish because I get irritated” talking about a Spanish speaking lady who needed help. All I overheard them saying was really rude stuff behind the counter. Please speak to them and tell them that their actions have consequences.
