I absolutely love Jennifer Schafer she is the only reason I continue to go to UPM and her direct staff , the ladies whom assist her are excellent to work with as well. It’s the rest is the front office and schedulers who ruined it for Universal Pain Management. TheyAre rude , short and have honestly forgotten that they are there to assist patients , to call and try to ask questions or reschedule something is really bothersome for them . And often times I am left feeling as though they have done me a favor . I think the only other kind and compassionate individual would be Marcy in the surgery scheduling department. Other than that . It’s not a great or ideal experience .

I was sent to Dr Sadik for a complex medical legal evaluation. Because of my job injury, there was disagreement about my treatment. He took his time and did a full exam. He uncovered many issues that had not been addressed before. He is compassionate and his office is great. Excellent doctor.

I am an engineer and have had severe back pain for years. Dr Sadik implanted a spinal cord stimulation device in my back which uses no drugs and has dramatically improved my pain. He and his staff are real professional. He teaches other Doctors at University of Southern Ca. He not only helped me on my feet but they are always available.
