I’ve had one of the most frustrating and dangerous experiences at this office. My daughter and I both went months without our medications because of constant delays and negligence. We made dozens of calls, were promised callbacks that never came, and had prescriptions, lab work denied and referrals repeatedly mishandled. Even the office manager Grace admitted it was their fault—but nothing changed. Continued fees for cancellations made with Lisa. There is a disconnect with the staff up front no communication with each other. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone who values timely, respectful care.

I have been using this aesthetician for many years she is very intuitive to my skin needs. She has recommended a skin line to use at home to enhance the treatments results. The spa is very calm and soothing so during the treatments I can really relax. I highly recommend this spa. Sheri F.

I definitely recommend Dr.DeSilva she believes in complete care and it shows. She is very thorough and caring with everyone of her patients. She offers several services with Internal medicine, Aesthetics, Bariatrics and a beautiful Med Spa. Spa Medicus has a large variety of facial treatments, skincare products and more. Great Office! Highly recommend!

Dr. DeSilva and her team are incredible. Very professional, accommodating, always explain everything before its purchase and completed. The results for myself and my mother were amazing. The best!!!

I have been with Dr. Pamela De-Silva for over 20 years. She is the only doctor I have seen and I trust her judgement on any medical condition I have had. She is definitely highly recommended by other patients and doctors. Now, I am also under her husband's care for pain management. Her staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I feel like they are part of my family. I am also using ZO skin products which has given me amazing results! I am grateful to have Dr. Pamela De Silva as my doctor.
