Been trying to schedule an appt for weeks. They don't pick up.
This is the worst doctors office, what’s the point of getting the earliest appointment possible for you to not get seen until an whole hr and a half later.
Waited for the dr for over an hour in one of the rooms. I found a better place to take my kids
Not the place for kiddos with special needs; overall poor experience, unknowledgeable staff, and less concerned physicians. Not a suitable place for children with special needs; overall poor experience, unknowledgeable staff, and less concerned physicians. Not the place for kiddos with special needs.
Not the place for pediatric patients with special needs.
Me encanto no tarde mucho en espera el doctor muy amable y se tomó el tiempo para escuchar y darme indicaciones definitivamnte lo recomiendo
EDIT- 2026 to say that Ellen Gurey is an amazing doctor/PAC. She’s the most consistent care since my last review for both me & my son. She’s thorough & cares!! (Original 2024) Front & back office are great. My child's pediatrician is great. Dentistry also great. I personally have been through 4 primary care providers in 1 year. They come & they quit- quickly. I have no continuous care. It’s difficult to constantly start over.
Horrible place not only did it take long to get a appybut I had got a referral for a MRI came back abnormal been going on two months and still haven’t got a call I keep making phone appointments and they don’t call me and message me as if I canceled or didn’t make it !!!! Save your insurance benefits and go else where even the lobby feels nasty !
I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism at this office. My mother has been waiting on urgent referrals to see a foot specialist and a bladder specialist. Every time we inquired, we were given the run-around and told it was being handled, yet nothing was ever scheduled. To make matters worse, when I called the office to get a straight answer on why her appointments hadn't been set up yet, the staff member who answered the phone pretended she couldn't hear me and hung up on me. It is incredibly discouraging to see a medical office treat patients and their families with such disrespect and carelessness. If you are looking for an office that takes patient care and communication seriously, look elsewhere.
Very disappointed with the provider that I had refused to believe what I thought my diagnosis was did not wanna give me a referral to a specialist. He did the bare minimum checked my heart rate and pressed my stomach. I had to go to the ER for the Pain I was telling them that I have; turns out: I was right and I was diagnosed PROPERLY. terrible doctors service here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
