This is beyond overdue but I want to take an intentional moment to recognize Meghan W. and the team at Agile Physical Therapy. I’ve been going to the Palo Alto location weekly since mid-August 2024 (torn Achilles post-op rehabilitation). There has never been a dull moment. I’ve learned so much about myself and the body since I started working with Meghan. The state of my progress to-date wouldn’t be what it is without her. Meghan’s knowledge and professionalism are unparalleled and she creates a super pleasant environment. There is always something to build on after every session and I continue to stay motivated. Beyond our 1:1s, you can tell it’s a great community of folks holding it down out there. I have looked forward to every visit and am excited to keep it rolling in 2025. 12 out of 10 recommend Meghan and this group. Many thanks the Meghan and the Agile PT organization!

Agile physical therapy is an outstanding center where Dr. Heather Barnes works as my physical therapist. She is professional, Very knowledgeable, has outstanding skill sets, and is enthusiastic for the care of my well-being. She is the only Doctor Who has provided a treatment protocol for my condition. I definitely recommend this center.
