Diana Do does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
She’s wonderful, never had any issues with Dr. Do. She goes above and beyond, she has helped me tremendously.
She had great communication skills, very thorough caring and an excellent surgeon.
Dr. Do has been very patient explaining my rectinal tear follow up situation and provide very good comforts to me and provide very good advices.
Even though she has seemingly good looking resume, she is one of the worst. She gave the most important task to an internship to exam my retinal for detachment and he was doing it all wrong, it hurt so much that I lost my sight for a few seconds. I am now worry the internship has actually caused damages to my retinal. Avoid her like a plague!
She has no follow up and no compassion. She just kept recommending more surgery for me, or else I would go "blind," but I was no better after each operation. I have wisely decided to seek care elsewhere in Baltimore. The other doctor told me that I would not go blind and did not need any more surgery. Steer clear of her.
She is uncaring and rushed. My injections are painful when she gives them into my eye, but not other doctors. She needs to care more about her patients than about her appearance. Time for me to switch doctors.
Several years ago (when I was in my early-mid 40’s), I saw her because I had developed 20/400 vision in one eye. She ran tests, then said I was fine, no medical issue. Bye-bye. Seriously. I lived with the situation for a few more years, then saw a local low-vision specialist M.D., Janet Sunness, who had helped my dad. Right away, she diagnosed an “oil-drop” cataract - - rare, but known to occur in women of reproductive age. A couple of weeks later, I had cataract lens-replacement surgery, and woke up the following morning able to see the leaves on the trees outside my window for the first time in years. I’m not surprised to read negative comments about her here, even years later.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
