Elizabeth Nguyen's Online Review Report Card

Came to her for treatment and diagnosis and she was lacking in both. Can’t take a stand seemed lacking in experience

My wife was in terrible pain for weeks. Dr. Nguyen saw her for a few minutes and sent her to the ER without giving us any information, without reviewing the xrays we just took , and without evaluating except so say she needed an MRI of the brain. This suggested Multiple sclerosis which she did not have. At first They told us to reschedule. A couple days later they send us a note saying they cannot help. Dr. Nguyen was a waste of time, had nothing to offer and seemed too afraid to actually do anything. We waited to see her, had to pay for the visit, pay for xray and pay for someone to read the xray even though it was never even discussed with us. I later on had to pay for those xray images at a price more expensive than anywhere else I have ever heard of. If you need real help don't see her.

Dr. Nguyen is an absolute gem! She is the embodiment of a compassionate and empathetic medical care provider. The clinic and services are highly accessible. I am a disabled young adult who the Canadian healthcare system has failed many times-she has restored my faith and empowered me through the process of receiving care. Thank you so much Dr. Nguyen- words cannot describe how grateful I am for doctors like you <3

Dr Nguyen is the first doctor that has made me feel safe, and heard. Because of her excellent care, I've been able to really take control of my health for the first time. I severely neglected myself my whole life, but thanks to her, I am a healthier person

always treat me like if I were her daughter or a very close friend. she gives all what she has every single time to make her patients feel better and cure them ASAP. I can tell she is an authentic doctor, born to cure people.

She is truly the best family doctor I’ve ever had or could hope for. She is knowledgeable, caring, willing to really listen, and truly wants to help. She will tell you if she needs to do more research on a topic instead of being all-knowing and dismissive. She follows through on finding answers and is willing to work with you and what feels right for your own body. She applies her knowledge in innovative ways that can’t be duplicated with a google search. I have found her so warm and caring and she leaves room in the conversation for you to add information and talk about why you are there or if there is more you want to discuss. I hope she will be our family doctor for a very long time.

Dr Nguyen has been my physician for quite some time. She is amazing. Very knowledgeable, and is always willing to take the time to get to the root of the problem. She knows a lot about a lot of topics. She always listens intently with no judgement. I know that I can share anything with her and she wouldn't treat me differently than any other person. Only down side would be that sometimes it can take a few weeks to get an appointment with her. She's busy, but well worth the wait if it is something non-urgent.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent physician. She is thorough, open to your input, and most importantly, doesn't write your problems off. Unlike much of the medical world, which treats patients as if they are healthy until proven otherwise, Dr. Nguyen takes time to listen, ask questions, think outside of the box, and will chase down answers or specialists if she is unsure. My first time ever seeing her, she had ideas on what could be wrong that no doctor has ever considered, and knowledge of newly recognized conditions that older doctors would dismiss. The second time I saw her, I received two referrals for further testing and specialists. She offers well-thought ideas and testing before I even have to ask. For decades, I've put off going to the doctor whenever I've encountered health challenges because it has always been an anxiety-inducing battle of self-advocacy, which is exhausting when you are feeling unwell and are seeking help and answers. Dr. Nguyen doesn't follow this approach and advocates with you. She is warm, confident, incredibly knowledgable, puts you at ease, and doesn't have the jaded view of patients that many other doctors I've had along the way do. I hope she doesn't lose this quality as she moves through her medical career. Truly a needle in a haystack. I feel so fortunate that I landed in her office.
