I needed physical therapy on my thumb joint, back, and knee due to chronic pain. It was getting extremely painful to sleep and move. Most days I struggle and rely on a cane to help assist me. I've been seeing Akhansha with Foundation Physical Therapy for months now; each passing day I've gained more mobility. She is caring, professional and knowledgeable about pain relief. She runs her appointments timely, text reminder appointments, and she also helps with setting up the insurance superbills! No hassle or headache, just straightforward patient care. I highly recommend her if you are in need for physical therapy. Seek PT before surgery. You will have a pleasant recovery experience.

I am a physical therapist and business owner. It is vital to me to have trusted physical therapists that I can refer my patients to when they are traveling or relocating in case they need help. The quality of treatment among physical therapists can be vastly different and finding the best quality care is essential to me. Foundation Physical Therapy is the best place to go if you're in the Redwood City, CA area! They will give you the time required to actual listen to you and figure out the root cause of pain or injury. More importantly, this is a hands on clinic that will give you the necessary treatment and figure out the key most important exercises to be working on so you have the tools to help get better. If you're looking for someone who cares about getting rid of the pain, but also keeping it away I would recommend this group strongly.
