Dr Vorhies recently performed surgery on my husband. My husband had developed contractures after spasticity due to a hemorrhagic stroke. The contractures were so severe that my husband was in a fetal position. After surgery my husband’s legs were extended. He was literally sitting up. He wasn’t falling forward or to the side. His whole body looked “ normal “ again. Straight. I still don’t know how it is possible. My husband’s stroke was almost 3 years ago and I haven’t seen my husband sit up as he is now since the day of his stroke. I don’t get it. I don’t know how he did it but he did. It’s like he performed Magic. Thank you so very much for everything that you’ve done for him. Dr. Magic

Dr. Vorhies and team did a great job with our son's spinal fusion surgery in June 2020 for his scoliosis. Heard from knowledgeable reference that he was a top choice for scoliosis surgery based on his skills, experience, and specialization. Results so far show this was indeed a great choice. Thanks, Dr!

When my daughter required an 8 hour spinal fusion surgery the level of care Dr. Vorhies provided was exemplary. He is professional, intelligent, thoughtful, skilled and has a gentle bedside manner.
