When in need of a excellent Dermatologist look no further. Dr Kramer is so very thorough and professional she'll always succeed in the diagnosing of whatever it is you may have scheduled your appt for.
Dr Kramer is a very competent Doctor with a great manner. Takes the time with her patients and listens
I would give Dr. Kramer 5 stars but she is moving to Span soon. But I want to thank Dr. Kramer for all the amazing help she has given my family. if you see Dr. Kramer any time soon tell her NOT to move to Spain for we will miss her so much. We love your work and hope you change your mind about Spain.

I downloaded this app specifically to write a review for this physician. I had taken my mom to 3 different hospitals trying to figure out what her condition was. They would just gawk at it and say they have no idea. Give her a shot and 5 day steroids and nothing worked. I even showed them pictures of what I thought it was and still nothing. They said go to a dermatologist. Finally I just Googled and found Dr Flanagan. We had the appointment today and she IMMEDIATELY recognized my mom's skin condition. She didn't make it seem like it was something nasty or contagious (its not.) she fully explained what it is and the outcome as well as sympathized with my mom about her condition. The nurses were very friendly. The doctor was amazing. We were in and out in an hour including the lab tests. I highly recommend this doctor. We left feeling confident that this will get better. No BS, no embarrassing looks. If you were not sure, please read this and try her out. I'm very picky and protective of my mom so I have high standards. Oh and the visit was under 100 bucks!
I went for the first time to Dr. Kramer's office and she is absolutely amazing! She is not only very professional, but also caring and thorough. She spent a great amount of time not only checking for the reason I had gone for a consultation, but she also did a complete check up to see everything was fine.I did not have to wait at all and the nurse that took me into her office was also very nice and professional. I absolutely recommend her, she is a great doctor!
This was my first visit to Dr.Kramer and my first dermatologist appointment in nearly 10 years. In short, she is awesome and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She explains everything very throughly and in a way that is easily understandable. Will definitely go back to Dr.Kramer any follow up appointments.
Absolutely amazing! The ONLY dermatologist you should see in this area. I'd drive over 100 miles to secure an appointment with her. She's professional, thorough, energetic, and a real pleasure to be around. The ONLY negative thing I can say is that it takes 3+ months to get an appointment with the dermatology department. However my need for a dermatologist isn't very high so I would definitely travel to have only her.
Dr. Kramer is awesome! She explains conditions thoroughly (she even drew me a step by step diagram!), and is so easy to talk to. Super nice, down to earth, and amazing dermatologist.
This review addresses both Dr. Kramer and her office. Dr. Kramer herself is amazing, as most other reviews here have noted. She's easy to talk to and I love her explanations (with printouts) for her treatment plans. I would give five stars to the practitioner herself. As for the overall dermatology office that she works at within the PAMF network, I did not have as pleasant of an experience dealing with the system or staff members; well, staff member to be exact. Dr. Kramer has patients schedule appointments two months apart since acne cycles are generally two months long. As such, I did as suggested and scheduled my appointment for two months later. However, three days before my appointment, I get an automated call reminding me of "my appointment," which was changed from the original scheduled date to two days earlier, at an inconvenient time. I was surprised; how was the appointment rescheduled without notifying the patient beforehand? The next morning, at around 10am, on December 5th, 2012, I call the office to tell them about the reschedule, and was met with an unprofessional front desk staff member by the name of Jessica. I asked to reschedule the appointment because it was set an inconvenient time and further inquired as to why was I rescheduled without prior consultation. Jessica proceeded to tell me that it was probably because they could not reach me and were not authorized to leave a phone number at a home phone. She said that they did not have my cell phone number on file. My question is, how is that possible when I got the automated call to my cell phone? I have my cellphone on me at all times; it is unlikely that I had missed their call if they tried calling me earlier to ask about rescheduling my appointment. She could not answer my question, but rather insisted that they did not have my number on file and that it is not her fault, it is an automated message that was sent out by PAMF. Instead of saying sorry on behalf of her office's mistake, she started to get angry and basically said too bad, we can't do anything about it. I have worked the front desk at doctors' offices; when your office makes a mistake, you say sorry. The point is not that you can't do anything about what has happened; the point is that you are sorry, and that the mistake should not present itself in the future. I found that both the reschedule without prior notification and the response of the front office personnel regarding the incident was highly unprofessional. There are many other offices, I do not have to go to this one if they do not care about my time enough to ask me before scheduling my appointment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
