Laseraway's Online Review Report Card

Despite selling their services on Groupon, they refused to honor it saying they changed their policy. No, it wasn't expired or anything. Just a business acting in bad faith.

I've been coming to Palo Alto location for over a year now and everyone who has helped me has been wonderful & helpful. I'm writing this review for Jessica who did my last clear & brilliant visit. She was so patient, understanding to my needs, and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Jessica & Palo Alto LaserAway team for your excellent customer service. It is this reason why you're worth the drive.

The actual laser treatment was not terrible but the receptionist was. She asked me what time my appointment was, and I told her the time and date that I was scheduled for. She told me I was 15 mins late but still could fit me in. Thinking I messed up, I confirmed with her the time on my phone which was indeed the time I came in, actually a bit earlier in fact. I showed her the appointment time and confirmation and she said “okay” in a dismissive tone as she started talking to another client. Although it wasn’t too bad since I still was able to get my appointment, I felt like this was a weird tactic to show that the receptionist is going above and beyond by letting me in late. Either that, or something was wrong with the scheduling software. The laser technician was great though; I want to give praise where praise should be given. I understand customer service is difficult, but it would be nice to be treated with a little respect rather than dismissing me.

Terrible service and dangerously inexperienced technicians. Looking for an alternative? Would recommend Skin Spirit in Palo Alto--they are courteous, professional, and experienced.

Just felt the need to give a well earned review to Kayla Lee. She was extremely patient with me, answered any questions I had and made everything extremely clear to me. Definitely a 10/10 encounter.

Had great first experience at LaserAway! I was looking to get lip filler, as it has been a while since I got it done last and was browsing around for options that would give me the results I wanted. I liked that the initial consultation was very quick, easy, and informative. Kayla did a wonderful job of walking me through their estimates, procedures, and I was able to take some time to think about all of this, and by the end of the week I had written back to go ahead and book! The process was quick , I was able to immediately get approved for a payment plan (how cool that this is an option!), fill out all of the necessary forms, send over my ID, and get a pre-appointment consultation/clearance over FaceTime. When I arrived, I was greeted with very welcoming and friendly customer service. I will say that the clinician (I wish I remembered her name because she was so sweet and professional!) did an EXCELLENT job. I barely felt a thing, which was a nice change as my last experience was quite painful at some points at a separate business I had gone to. I could tell that she knew what was doing, and the results did not disappoint! Since I was under the payment plan, all I had to do on my way out was book my touch up with the rest of my syringe in 2 weeks time, and I was out the door. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you, LaserAway! See you soon :)

Today I had an appointment for facial treatment called clear and brilliant at Palo Alto location. Usually all the receptionist working there are well mannered and knowledgeable but the receptionist who was working today was weird and felt like she doesn't know how to talk and treat a customer.Because of such employees people don't feel like going back to same place they admire.

Love my experience at LaserAway Palo Alto! I enjoy always coming to this location. Friendly Staff, amazing nurses! Thanks again!

Staff is friendly, kind and supportive. Service is professional, timely and really knows what they are doing. I enjoy coming here.
