List of Lisa Gervin's Reviews
July 11, 19 my husband had a visit with Dr. Lisa due to coughing, dry mouth and low fever. She ordered lab test and wrote on the Summary visit to use BIOTIN (over the counter) for hair and nail!!! The right medication is Bitotene for dry mouth. She did not prescribe any medication to treat low fever or coughing. July 11 lab test showed ESR 35 mm/hr. CRP 24 mg/L. It means I had upper respiratory infection. Dr. Lisa should have prescribed antibiotic. My husband have been suffered with upper respiratory infection for 2 weeks. Its a shame on Dr. Lisa who did not even know the different between BIOTIN and BIOTENE, and how to prescribe antibiotic for infection. Michelle, RN.
I disagree with the negative comment i read about this doctor. This is one of the best doctors Ive ever seen. She cares, listen and recommends best practice care and medicine for your state of health. I would highly recommend Dr. Gervin for any patiences needing Internal medical care.
Consistent misdiagnoses in all visits. Dr. Gervin has very good communication skills and is a pleasure to talk to, she is just a really bad doctor. I recommend just going to a different doctor in her same practice, at least they are able to diagnose correctly.
Dr. Gervin is an excellent doctor. Shes patient yet authoritative. I feel very comfortable seeing her even for the first time. Highly recommended.
Ive been suffering from a painful hip issue for quite some time in which my PCP wasnt helping to resolve my issue as aggressively as I needed a doctor to be. Recently, Dr. Lisa Gervin of PAMF ended up covering for my PCP who was on LoA. From the first appointment, Lisa was very attentive and seemed sincerely interested in my health and situation by listening and caring for my feelings and physical state. She didnt seemed rushed like most physicians and particularly with those at PAMF. Her energy was calm and her bedside manner was the best Ive had ever! Ive had more support in the few appointments with her, than Ive had with my PCP in the last 5+ years. Im currently on disability so that I can treat my hip issue and she has been able to help me by filing my leave and extensions so that I see the various doctors needed to help. This has been so helpful so that I can have the time for appointments, tests, therapy, etc. Additionally, weve been able to correspond via the PAMF website. She has been very responsive and therefore, Ive been able to provide her with updates to enable her to know whats going so she can provide my firms disability updates accordingly. Unfortunately, shes not accepting patients as a PCP or else I would change to her in a heart beat. After experiences such great care feeling truly cared for, she has set the bar high and now I know I cant go back to my former PCP. I highly recommend Lisa Gervin if you get the opportunity to see her.
Dr Gervin was my primary care physician at the VA, and she gave me renewed confidence that doctors could still be people. She takes care to listen, and was extremely thorough in chasing down symptoms. She also took the time to explain results, with suggested followup actions.
Dr. Gervin is an excellent physician. She listens thoroughly, has a broad knowledge base, and deals with issues immediately. I am extremely happy to have found her.
She is wonderful!!! So nice and patient! Dr. Gervin really wants to help you and doesnt ignore what you tell her, she tries really hard to figure out a solution to the problem. I had a huge problem getting medicine thorough my insurance company and she has been amazing! She has taken so much time to talk to me, my mom, the pharmacy and the insurance for over 4 months. Goes above and beyond!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
