Dr. Lo was unbelievably kind, knowledgable and patient . She took an extraordinary amount of time with me to understand my issue. If she was not already so popular, she would be my regular doctor. She is an expert in her field and extremely professional. If you have the chance to have her looking over your care, I highly recommend her.

MY AWESOME DOCTOR!Dr. Lo has been my primary doctor for 7 years. She is always kind, patient and engaged. I have needed recommendations for several tests and specialists in the past few years and she is always timely and concerned. And, she follows up after any emergency visits. I feel grateful to have her as my primary!

STAY AWAY.When I saw Dr. Lo she was very rude and rushed. I wouldn't go back to her. I had to follow up with her care team and they were even worse. Very rude. I feel like the theme of the practice is act like you know everything and treat the patient like they are stupid.I've seen a handful of doctors in my day and I have never had one negative experience. This was the exception.
