I visited her for the first time since Dr. Barnard wasnt there the day of my appointment. She was thorough friendly and quickly checked me over and took care of 3 minor problems. Made my next appointment with her. The minus ongoing scheduling problems in this office past 3 visits and this time their phone wasnt answered when I tried to confirm my appointment. Apparently the phones have not been working for weeks. Like the Doctors but they need better support systems.

Dr Chock was both friendly and professional. I was having my annual skin exam and she was extremely thorough and interested in my history and personal concerns.

Dr. Chock leaves the exam room to answer her cell phone. She did not use liquid nitrogen right to remove a spot and I had to go to another doctor to redo her work. Her assistant asked the same questions many times because she was not listening. Office staff is incompetent and rude.
