Shes really nice in person but cannot be bothered to responded to messages in a timely manner. I would have made an appointment if she told me my concerns would be better discussed in person. The fact that she didnt have basic courtesy to take 5 mins to respond to me is not okay. Especially when I paid $150/year. I recently cancelled my membership and am looking forward to getting quality care from a PCP at PAMF who will take the time to address my concerns and respond to messages in a timely fashion.

First yelp review for Saya! I saw her today for an annual physical and three months ago for dizziness/ear pain. Shes thorough, caring, and takes the time to listen. I needed a physical this month and for some reason my regular doctor in Sunnyvale didnt have any available appointments for physicals this month but luckily Saya did! I chose to schedule my physical with her based on my past experience with her and the office being a mile and a half from my work. I believe shes currently accepting new patients according to One Medicals website so Id definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring doc who takes her time with patients.
