Scott Baird's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Baird is an amazing person and is always highly professional. He is very well spoken, calm and respectful. The entire staff here are always very polite and helpful. I don't like going to dentists or doctors... but this place has a very welcoming feel to it.

Dr Baird is extremely professional and very capable. It’s difficult to get it because he is so busy. But this was by far the best experience I have had with a dentist. He runs his office on time. I never waited in his office ever. He is always on time. He is very respectful of his patients. My procedure went perfectly. My implant is perfect.

Dr. Baird did a fantastic job of taking out my wisdom teeth. He was clearly knowledgeable and straight to the point, but he also was very assuring and his friendliness put me at ease. His staff was also very good at their jobs and friendly towards me. Overall a great choice for wisdom teeth removal, and almost certainly any other dental procedures as well.

While Dr. Baird is competent he is also arrogant. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, I was also there for all the appointments. He was arrogant and ignored her questions and concerns (she was over 18). He also treated me with a condescending attitude, especially since I seemed knowledgeable. Our overall experience was very bad, she was in tons of pain because he did not care to listen and when she went back, he basically said "Oh well". So I investigated with many other friends who went their for wisdom teeth removal and the experience was universal. Seems like no one had reported it because they felt that the wisdom teeth were out and they just would not go back.

I went to see Dr. Baird to get all my wisdom teeth extracted before heading to college and my experience was absolutely phenomenal. First off, Dr. Baird is an exceptional and very experienced oral surgeon who was so kind and welcoming. Although I was a bit nervous, Dr. Baird and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of my surgery. The two oral surgery assistants who prepared me for my procedure were so kind, loving, and warm. I could have not had a better team and office to do this procedure. Also, the front desk was very welcoming and helped me get all my forms signed in no time and explained everything I needed to know clearly with attention to detail. Finally, my Post-Op instructions were given to me with detail and care so I feel really good about what to do after my procedure. They even had a follow up appointment scheduled for me next week so I can meet with Dr. Baird again. Not to mention, this office follows COVID procedures very well and ensures safety for all the patients and staff. Also, parking was very easy to find around the office so that's also great! I truly have only great things to say about Dr. Baird, the team, and his office. I'm so beyond satisfied with my experience, highly recommend!! Thank you Dr. Baird and team!

I just wanted to share my frustration with the business this surgeon is running!! I think his ego got the worst of him as I'm one of the patients who was referring my friends to him in the past. I'm his patient for over 10 yrs now. Recently I took my twins for wisdom teeth removal. Even though their dentist recommended some other surgeon, knowing his bed side manner, I thought this would be the best option for my 17 yr old teenagers. Long story short, the staff who is running the office, are the worst communicators to accommodate with your interest. You have to work around their schedule not yours. I wasted whole my summer being on waiting list to get this done before school starts. Then they canceled my daughters appointment on surgery day right when I was almost getting there, knowing that I had to commute to get there after 45 minutes drive. Then instead of accommodating with a proper appointment to make up, they offer me a 5:30am surgery time in 2 days to add more agony to deprive my daughters sleep time as well. After I agree to 6am surgery, his office manager calls & cancels both of the kids appointments since Dr. DOES NOT FEEL LIKE working with us because we got upset with the way he runs the business. Please be wise in choosing right business to trust your families needs.

Was experiencing some mild pain and I called Dr. Baird's office this morning and I was able to come in the same morning and get checked out for my pain. Dr. Baird saw me and was great as always and his assistant Ebeny was so kind and comforting. Once again, so amazed by this wonderful office and cannot recommend more!

Went in to have all my wisdom teeth removed. Was advised just to have the top removed. Fast forward a few years, and I'm having problems with the bottom ones which generally are harder to remove and cause problems. Seems like he just had me remove the easy ones and left me to deal with any further issues myself. Now I'm having to deal with removing the lower wisdom teeth at an older age (which makes it even harder and problematic).

I recently went to Dr. Baird's practice, to have my #14 molar extracted. Naturally I was rather nervous, but he and assistant Ebony calmly guided me through it, and I have no reservations about submitting this review. Effective communication is important at all medical levels, but is especially crucial for a procedure that's unnerving. I give sincere thanks.
