Dr. Riddle is such a caring person. She always takes the time to hear my concerns and answer my questions. I dont feel ignored or rushed.

I saw Dr. Riddle for several years, until I had to change insurance plans. She was the first doctor to ever check my Vitamin D level, which at the time was practically on the floor, as I had lived for 17 years in West Marin, where the sun shines 2030+ days/year. Getting my Vitamin D level back in the normal range made all the difference in the world! She dealt with every other issue (none that dire, since, thankfully) with the same level head and excellent discernment. I was in excellent hands.

I have been seeing Dr. Riddle for a number of years. After almost losing my life twice because of a poor and dangerous medication choice that she does not have the authority of expertise to make, which was refilled via email by the way, I absolutely refuse to receive care until I am able to find a new PCP. I have zero trust in Dr. Riddle and I do not think she makes the best choices for her clients. She grossly misprescribed.

Have only had good experiences with Dr. Riddle and the PAMF office (Santa Cruz West). Always brought back on time and have never felt rushed. Also excellent communication through the PAMF website for prescription renewals. I wish I could continue seeing her, but I moved!

Dr Riddle (Klinesteker) takes the time to listen carefully to her patients. She always follows up on test results. She is easy to contact. I feel secure with my health having her as my physician.
