List of Suzanne Kerley's Reviews
Horrible, all I needed was a slight breast reduction. Then she recommended implants when she saw screwed up I was. One was smaller than the other. Lots of scars.
I had a tummy tuck done by Suzanne. She was very friendly, and seemed very profesional. She did a poorly job, left me looking like a refrigerator, very flat and no curves at all. The belly button she added looks terrible. Overall she did a terrible job.
Would not recommend.
Do NOT let her touch your face!! I should have walked out after my first meeting. My eyes are worse than when I started.
I have no idea how good this doctor is with other surgeries, but DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOUR FACE! I went in to have eye bags repaired, and after a surgery and a laser treatment, I am left with worse than before. I really dont think she took up the extra skin after she removed the fat under my eyes. Now the area fills with fluid, and for at least half the day, my eyes look like baseballs. I wont go into details because it would take a book. But she took no before and after photos, nor did I receive aftercare instructions. Two days after surgery, I went to her office because my eyes were badly swollen and bruised. She looked at me and gasped that it looked terrible and that shed never seen anything like it. She sent me home with ice packs. Its six months later, and I still have bags. I subsequently consulted with another surgeon who said that I was expecting reasonable results, but that is not what I received. I went back to the clinic and tried to have my money refunded, but they refused, saying that Id signed a paper agreeing that the job might not be perfect. Well, duh. I didnt expect perfection. But neither did I expect to look worse. Im on fixed income, and this was a real indulgence for me! Next time, Ill ask the surgeon for patient photos and testimonials. I recommend that you do the same. And if the initial consultation doesnt feel right, WALK AWAY.
I adore Dr. Kerley, MD. Shes professional, thorough, competent and shes funny. Its hard to hold still in the chair. Shes always cracking me up. On a more serious note, she is treating my daughter and is doing an excellent job with her recurring needed appointments. Visit Dr. Kerley. You will be very happy that you did.
Dr. Kerley performed my breast reduction surgery at the beginning of February, and 6 weeks later, I couldnt be happier. From the initial consultation to surgery to post op appointments, Dr. Kerley explained clearly and concisely what would be involved. The morning of my surgery, I was a bit terrified, but her dry sense of humor quickly dashed my fears and I found myself smiling (before any drugs). She and her staff were personable, conscientious, and just all around nice people. I just finished my weekly postop appointments, and I have to say that her staff (Elaine, Steve B.) have got to be the best, most attentive, genuinely concerned, individuals Ive ever encountered in a doctors office. All I can say is thank you for doing such a fantastic job all the way around.Thank you Dr. Kerley and your wonderful staff!
Dr. Kerley performed my breast reduction in early February of this year. From the initial consultation to the postop follow up care, she was kind, knowledgeable, straightforward, and oddly enough, funny. The end result is more than I could ever have hoped for. I was expecting a fair amount of scarring, but at close to 4 weeks out, already 2 of them are almost totally unnoticeable. Its a pleasure (and honor) to be able to write a review on an incredibly talented surgeon. Dip her hands in gold!
Dr.Kerley performed my breast reconstruction surgery, and assisted in my mastectomy with another surgeon as well, and I have been extremely happy with her forthright and knowledgeable approach. I have faith in her abilities and have always been informed of the possible downside, ie scarring and pain. Shes friendly, informative, skilled (hardly any scarring for me) and I will be returning to her for additional work in the future. As far as these negative comments here, I must say I cant believe she was rude or snarkythats just not her style! Im sorry these patients were disappointed, but surgeons are not magicians and unfortunately, we dont all heal at the same rate or our skin doesnt always cooperate and heal perfectly. You must have REALISTIC expectations! There IS A RISK in any surgery and a patient should be responsible to research and know those risks and possible risks as well. As for me, I have complete faith in her abilities and am very comfortable with her professional manner. A fraud she is NOT!
Update: I am almost three months post op from my breast reduction with dr kerley and I am beyond happy with my results!!! She was very personable and professional. She took care of me before and after my surgery. Answered all my questions thoroughly and did not sugar coat anything. She is direct, and that is important. Ive worked with doctors/surgeons before. People who havent worked in medicine are way too quick to judge/complain. My scars are fading, my rack looks awesome, and there are only a couple minor imperfections. I referred 4 friends to her. My only complaint was the nurse I had at Sutter prior to my procedure. I think her name was Jane. Very rude, awkward, and made me feel disgusting for my skin condition on my chest. I also woke up from anesthesia to her complaining about needing to leave ASAP for a trip, and was rude to me then too! All in all, awesome surgeon and surgical team, awful nurse.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
