Dr. Herrero is a kind and attentive listener; works diligently to acknowledge, understand, and address your concerns (and coordinates with your care team to ensure that you're well looked after); and provides quality medical care. She is a wonderful physician whose professional and personal touch is unmatched.

No bedside manners. She diagnosed me with a serious condition, which would cause me to loose my uterus after delivering my second baby. All she said was "you can't have a basketball team now". When I told her in a follow up visit that this was a very hurtful was to share bad news, she said "sorry you feel that way".

Great obstetrician who took amazing care of me and my baby. Able to communicate well and was invested in my care.

Do yourself a favor to stay clear of this one : during my 20week scan she slipped in a fellow of hers without my consent to scan my baby all over again after a trained sonographer already finished all the necessary scanning. The fellow even lied to me by saying this needs another pair of eyes, but in the end Herrero only reviewed the pics done by the sonographer. And the fellow is so under-standard she did not even know she needed to move the probe, my poor unborn baby got another 30min of unnecessary exposure to ultrasound! Especially to the brain and heart part, while if you do your own research, the ultrasound wand should never stay in any area for over 2min!! Herrero in the end admitted "Everything is great I am just sending her for a baby scavenger!" What kind of doc will treat this as a game and say things like that?? Besides all the shady operation she does not have a heart as a human not to say as a doctor!
