Avoid Dr. Tiffany Ly. She is a prejudiced uninformed woman. She jumps to conclusions. Her diagnosis is based more on her preconceived perception of reality than on the facts. She will send you down a rat hole that is a figment of her own imagination.Instead of focusing on the condition of her patient she will run you through the paces and have you undergo tests that are not even remotely connected with the issue at hand.Currently filing a complaint with the California Board of Physicians.
