Dr. Yao is not like the other doctors Ive seen in the past, who wouldnt give me the time of the day. I am grateful for his patience and kindness. All the patients that meet him are definitely the lucky ones!

My daughter's jaw was broken a while ago, we we're lucky that Dr. Todd was on duty in the urgent care, and he sutured very quickly and professionally! Now my daughter is fully recovered. Really appreciate Dr. Todd's taking care!

The horrible experience ever with Todd Yao doctor. On Saturday Nov.30, 2019, I came to urgent care in PAMF Mountain View with my eye full of discharge and pus, doctor only glanced at me and told that I have a virus, and told me to go back home. He even didn`t watch me properly nor rinsed my eye. He refused to prescribe to me any medications. He just told me I can only prescribe medication on Wednesday, if no improvement! Next day on Sunday, my condition became even worse, and I went to another urgent care, the doctor who checked on me was VERY concerned on my conditions, she prescribed to me medication, rinsed my eyes (now I have pus in two eyes instead of one), and told me to go to ER to see an ophthalmologist because my condition was truly bad. In one word, doctor Todd Yao is very MEAN and UNPROFESSIONAL doctor! Avoid in any cases!!!
