William Farrell's Online Review Report Card

I can’t say enough good this about William Farrell and his staff. I’ve been to many dentists here and around the country. They have a perfect balance of sincere concern for their patients, professional honesty, and integrity in their work. I had a simple issue turn into a major issue due to forced delays in treatment from COVID.They gave me multiple options, their professional recommendations, and developed a Plan A, Plan B, and even Plan C from my preferences. Each plan was detailed with clear conditions about if X then Y for each of the possible outcomes.Their professional network for consults and referrals is a level of polish that separates the great from the good. Do yourself a favor, make an appointment, and let them remedy whatever you’ve been putting off.I’ll spare you pictures of my teeth but I am thrilled to have found such a gem.

Great experience here I called in on a Tuesday had extractions I needed done they made me apt the next day. I showed up filled paperwork out and no problems at all. Well respected staff and explains everything that needs to be done. The Dr is an awesome man that has been through alot was in the core and served our country and now is still helping,people today... Thank you for the awesome,experience guys dentist are not,suppose to fun but,in ways you guys help through the whole extraction to keep me calm and that's what a great dentist dose...

I had an unbearable tooth ache over the weekend, it literally was some of the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I almost thought about going to the ER but on Sunday morning I looked around online and found William Ferrell dentistry. I made a call and within 30 minutes he was pulling my tooth. He did an excellent job and really brought relief to my situation. No one else would do it on a Sunday except him. I was very thankful

A ++ service. I came in with a dental emergency and was very impressed with the care I received.

I'm from out of state and Dr. Farrell was kind enough to accept my insurance and perform a difficult extraction. He is very gentle, kind, and considerate and will go out of his way to make you comfortable. His office staff are fantastic as well.

Dr. Farrell wife Sue, Shalea, Brandy, Cindy & Jocelyn are awesome. They have helped me so much over the years. Dr. Farrell is always available for his patients emergencies, awesome service... their office knows CPR, & is prepared with an AED for emergencies...

I absolutely hate dentists but this guy he’s all right. Yanked my tooth out like a pro! Staff was pleasant and helpful I will return.

I got my teeth cleaned by Joshlyn (sp?). I really like the work she does. The office is so friendly and sweet to me and family. Dr. Farrell has worked on me during seasons of pregnancy and non pregnancy. He's smiley and friendly. His staff work well together. They do good work. I am thankful! Another note is our two daughters (age 4 &6) have gone in as well. They are comfortable with the staff.

First visit. Very impressed with welcoming, professional, courteous, pleasant thorough & friendly office & staff. Looking forward to being long time patient.

Very courteous staff, personal, and helpful. They made sure my needs were met by getting me in as soon as there was an opening. There was no wait time, so my appt. was on time and I could continue on with my day. They made sure I was comfortable with everything I had done. A very pleasant experience. I would recommend them highly.
