DO NOT SELECT THIS DOCTOR AS YOUR PCP!! The staff and doctor are horrible and show no care for the patients needs! It feels like they are in it for the billing. Their receptionist speak fast, and do not allow you to speak before hanging up on you. If you leave a message with their after hour answering system, you can forget about receiving a callback from them.Dr. Bejjani Bassam is resisting technology , if you have any type of paper work that needs to be filed, it will have to be done through snail mail. Oh, and please know that they also don't offer any paperwork to speed up the process. You will have to order the forms through EDD or hope your employer has it on file.Dr. Bejjani is doing a disservice to his patients.

You expect your doctor to have EDD forms printed and ready for you? Are you an infant? If so, maybe you're in the right place, he does do circumcisions... LOL, I have had nothing but great experiences with this physician.  He is honest, hard working, knowledgible and thorough! What more could you ask for?!?!? Sure it takes a while to get an appointment sometimes... Theres a reason hes booked for months and months and months. BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOIN PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If you don't like it, please feel free to get your ass somewhere else!P.S. Jenny W, he's not a primary care physician you incel, he's a specialist in Urology.  Jeez, the amount of stupidity here is permeating.Oh and also... "I am supersized this place is in business from long time."LOLOL yes you are probably super-sized and the doctor was worried you would break his examining table.  We can all hear you breathing through the computer

AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS. This grown wrinkly old man was yelling at me and my brother because we only had one authorization. He then swung the door violently at us to get us to leave. I cannot believe a human like this who is a DOCTOR exists.The person we called said it was okay if we only had one authorization, so we went. When we arrived we were met with a rude and nasty receptionist and this doctor who I believe is actually a super villain working in disguise as a doctor. He takes the hippocratic oath just to be rude and yell at people?? PLEASE AVOID THIS OLD MAN I BEG OF YOU

Extremely rude and very disrespectful. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such rudeness and childish behavior coming from two grown adults. The receptionist was not only rude to me, but to the other patients as well. She kept interrupting me and was acting like a 3 year old child. The doctor is very rude and should be fined for what he did to my father. Shouting in the small enclosed area, which was very unsanitized and old/dirty, he told us to leave while slamming the door in front on my father. It’s unbelievable how these people are still in business. If you ever get recommended to this dirty unorganized hospital, please stem as far away from this doctor and staff as possible. I’m still shocked that I got shouted out, cussed at, then get a door slammed at my father by a doctor. Unbelievable.

Horrible reception,never answered phone,always in break ,avoid this place ,doctor should change the reception here

Worst reception service, never answer the phone take 2 hour lunches and always comeBack late, I've called more than 10 times and they still have not responded to my calls. They never call back when I leave a message. After all these reviews I see I don't even know why people still bother to go here

Over 2  weeks I'm trying to get a appointment no one answer some rude lady just pick up the phone and first thing after she give me the appointment she said maybe your insurance doesn't cover and you need to pay cash unbelievable

Horrible receptionist who does not help. The doctor was helpful but he should talk to the receptionist about being useful.
