Horrible receptionist who does not help. The doctor was helpful but he should talk to the receptionist about being useful.
Avoid this place. Appointments are made only to find out later they never had made the appointment, no trace of it. Receptionist Lisa is rude, not helpful. She could have been helpful, instead she didn’t let me finish my sentences, would cut me off. If you have no choice but to see them, make sure you verify by letter of your appointment or make sure you call every week to make sure they haven’t canceled it.
I don't know the Doc. But the administration answer the phone and said " he wont take more appointments until nex year 2022 due to personal issues"..
Trust him with my life. Will never forget being told he saved X's life. WOrks very very hard and has a very very very busy schedule so if you have hard time making an appointment, expect that. Stop being rude to Lisa she is a sweetheart too; you are all sad liars, hope you get real jobs soon too!
Bad customer service, I was trying to get help and this lady answed and was really snarky with me
I made an appointment 2 1/2 months ago. Never heard from his office. I showed up for the appointment at his office early this morning. I thought I could email the insurance authorization form. The receptionist said they don't have an email. What? Then she said the copay was cash only. I rarely carry $75 on me. Dr. Bejjani then asked me why I didn't remember that the copay was cash. I said I made the appointment 2 1/2 months ago. He continued that his receptionist always tells patients that the copay is cash only. I said, "It was 2 1/2 months ago! And no doctor has a cash only copay. And maybe if you had an email, she could have sent me a reminder." He did not like that. I asked if he wanted me as a patient. He said yes, but I said, "I don't think so," so I left immediately.
Very impolite and rude
I met Dr. Bejjani when I was suddenly hospitalized in Feb. with Sepsis and Kidney Stones. While the sepsis was life threatening, the kidney stones were excruciatingly painful (they were approx. 7mm which is apparently very large from what I understand) and ultimately why I went to the hospital where they discovered I also had sepsis. While I was treated mostly for the sepsis during my stay at Mission Community Hospital, both Dr. Burke and Dr. Bejjani monitored my conditions and were equally responsible for my treatment and recovery. When I was released from the hospital, after a brief wait, Dr. Bejjani scheduled me for a procedure to "blast" the kidney stones so I could pass them and continue to heal. Dr. Bejjani was kind, caring, sincere, professional, and I was very very pleased and grateful to have had such a thorough and concerned doctor to treat me.
I was hospitalized in Feb. 2020 with sepsis and kidney stones and almost died. I was treated at Mission Community Hospital and if it weren't for the awesome team of doctors and nurses and everyone else involved in my care, I wouldn't be here today to speak about it. They first treated the sepsis while keeping an eye on the kidney stones which were 7mm and couldn't be passed or treated until the sepsis was gone and I was healthy again. Dr. Burkes and Dr. Bejjani were my attending physicians and were nothing less than amazing, attentive, and sincerely concerned. Once discharged from the hospital after 2 1/2 weeks, Dr. Bejjani treated my Kidney Stones by blasting them 3 weeks after I left the hospital. The stones then passed easily without any pain whatsoever. Dr. Bejjani was kind and sincere and was nothing less than professional.
Performed a prostate biopsy without even a local anesthetic! By the time he was finished I was in agony. I felt I was treated like a farm animal. Do yourself a favour and find another urologist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
