They don't answer the phone. Been waiting for 2 hours just to confirm my appointment.

This office is awful. Always have to wait over an hour even with being the fist appointment. The staff is extremely rude. I only come here because I like the pediatrician. I don’t recommend this office especially if you have a kid with special needs.

This clinic is by far the worst clinic ever. Front desk woman just sit in their ass and talk about personals lives. Didn't even bother to give me my paper work I needed to fill out till i got up and asked for it. Took them 45 minutes to call me into a room keep in mind they weren't busy what so ever. Doctor didn't even bother to come into the room I waited 30 minutes but had to leave because I had work. Keep in mind they never have appointments available. Don't even know why the government even bothers funding this ghetto outdated office. If I could give It 0 stars I would

La verdad que pésimo servicio tienen, mi cita era a las 2:40 y me hablaron hasta las 4:03 y no alcance a contestar regreso llamada y me dejaron esperando en la línea y nunca fui atendida .

Horrible customer service, as slow as a slug . Take ur kids somewhere else . These ppl don't care .

I 100% don’t recommend the nurses who answers the phones are extremely rude don’t work for somewhere with attending people if you aren’t a people person. I had to change my daughters doctors just cause I’m so tired of the rude people who offer no help but telling you to go to the hospital for everything. the doctors is great but who ever is in charge of the phones should not be working here.

My wife had made an appointment for my daughter as soon as they opened at 8 because I had to go work I show up 15 mins before they open they had 1 other patient ahead of my daughter and one patient arrived shortly after us the two others were called in before me I was called an hour later also one of the girls in the front sneezed covered her mouth with her hand and with the same hand she covered up grabs the phone to answer a call . They are healthcare givers I think they should be Abel to fallow the same guidelines they expect us to fallow specially under the pandemic

Front Desk always very nice and professional. They always try to help you at their best. Nurses and Dr always helpful as well.Thank you 😊

Si hubiera 0 estrella la pusieron hoy lleve a mi hija a la 1.20 a su cita de 1.40 nunca me atendieron cuando reclamo porque pasaban todos menos mi hija me dijeron su cita es 2.40 porque no me dijeron asi yo regreso despues no que me tienen esperando estuve 2horas sin pasar ni decirme nada ni la encargada se disculpo o hizo algo nadie hizo nada al final me vine eran las 3 despues de mi disque cita a las 2.40 y no me pasaron deberian prestar atencion porque no estaba lleno y para lo que se tarda un doctor 5 minutos en ver un niño, es incopentencia de su parte eisner y no ver a los pacientes como se debeEs la segunda vez que vuelvo a eisner de panorama y lo mismo de siempre 1hora esperando y pasan todos delante de mi incluso personas que tenian 2 minutos esperando su excusa fue que el doctor que me atendia a mi es el que no atendia a la gente que pasaba es decir el doctor atendia 1 hora por niño cuando no es asi te tienen esperando afuera t en el cuarto para cuando pasa el dr. Te ve 5minutos, como siempre digo deberian prestar atención en esta clinica en particular PANORAMA, CITY
