List of Kaiser Permanente Panorama City Medical Center's Reviews
It's out of my norm to write a review! But today I'm writing one about Kaiser Permamente in Panorama City. I check into the ER because I'm having a miscarriage....my husband and I are NOT vaccinated and don't plan on it. Due to Kaiser Policy and husband isn't allowed to be by my said through this devastating moment. My husband is my supporter through this.....NOT NURSES that get paid very well that yell and at patients that aren't Vaccinated. They have no bedside manners. We're going through something very awful . Life is hard enough and now....we're losing another baby because MANDATORY MANDATES. We're human and feeling segregated hardcore!!! We're Not the only family that drove an hour for health care!!! There are a lot more where we came from. Arrived at 9pm and still seating in the waiting room (12:48) Sunday!!!to be seen by a doctor. Maybe at this point it's disrespectful and discrimination against unvaccinated people And our Miscarriage.
I was suffering from myocardial inflammation couldn't breath. Chest pains. .. I was admitted. Echocardiogram performed. Spent 4 days there. The team of caretakers were awesome. I was just suffering secondary effects to the moderna vaccine. My heart was giving up. 20% ejection instead of 70. Ouch. No more moderna. The people taking care of me all awesome. Thanks for the card. I came with a nose bleeding 1 hour ago. Absolutely nothing happened yet. Emergency room is Very Slow. VEEEEERY SLOW. When I was in Sherman Oaks Hospital it took them 20 min to help me out. And I am a Kiser member.
I visited the Urgent Care center on Monday, July 5. I had already waited for 2.5 hours for a nurse from the Kaiser "24/7 Nurse Hotline," and when the nurse finally got back to me, she insisted that I go to Urgent Care right away. After about an hour and 30 minutes of waiting and getting vitals checked, the doctor finally came in. She came in, did not even look at me, sat down at the computer, and started rattling off questions. When I would answer, she would tell me "That isn't my definition of_______." She cut me off before I was able to finish answering her questions, told me I was probably dehydrated, even after I had already explained to her I had had more than enough water. She then finally moved from behind the computer and started to do an exam. There was no explanation for what she was doing, it was "Legs here. Lay down, arms down." She then proceeded to push me down to the table, forcefully move my neck (again with no warning, no explanation) and push me up to a seated position. It was awful. As she walked out she said I was probably fine but my blood results would be back in an hour.. I told her hadn't had any blood work done to which she snidely responded "I just put the orders in." Again, no explanation. I had no idea what labs were being done...when I did get the results back, she gave me no explanation as to what or why she ran the tests, just said "Everything's fine. I don't know what's wrong with you. Maybe you're tired, maybe you're dehydrated, maybe you're coming down with something. Go to the ER or come back here if it gets worse." I left urgent care disgusted with the way I had been treated. If you need to go to a Kaiser Urgent Care, the Pasadena office had staff with a much better bedside manner!
Zimlinghausb@yahoo.com you as a provider have fallen from where you once where a decade ago.
This review is for the Oncology dept. The nurses and MD that helped with services for my dad were amazing. My dad was diagnosed with cancer. The Oncology team not only worked to make my dad feel comfortable with treatment, but they also went above and beyond to explain everything that my dad would be going through to the family. Cancer is a beast and scary. But this team made sure we were well informed of the treatment and process for my dad's road to recovery. We are very grateful and thank you again for the nurses, surgeon, and MD at the Oncology dept.

I had a good experience with Keizer when my baby boy was delivered, his first visit was also good, however I am so angry with the process they have knowing we do not have covid 19 or any sicknesses, I could not go in with my wife and baby, my question they could not answered is what makes that difference from a month old (all 3 of us being there) to now. I have questions my wife has questions I can not be there for my family, since when a high or low paying insurance premiums your place of help in health becomes a dictator... people need to educate themselves specially a large corporation such as Keizer in COMMON SENSE. This is nothing but aggressive approach which takes away from parenthood... I am disappointed in Keizer my hopes and expectations are low low and can not recommend to anyone
DR Thanda Zaw in Kaiser Permanente Panorama City CA is Extremely Rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
