He is most customer ser vice. be care full, I arrived at office 4 minutes late because their center did not have parking space. the y charge me 65 dollar for not show fee. he is a lier. i have video that shows i was there. they did not opened the door for 10 minutes.

I don't understand the bad reviews. It's normal for any business to ask for a credit card to hold an appointment. If you're a flaky patient/client, don't go. If you're not then it shouldn't be an issue. I truly love how Dr. Rubaum is so thorough. He wrote every single one of my concerns down and really talked to me. I always feel like doctors rush and don't really listen or take in account your concerns. He sat down and addressed every one of my ENT problems. He told me what I can do at home and I felt reassured knowing that someone of 45+ years of experience was giving me their expert opinion. He's quite charming and made me feel at ease with all my health issues. Also the office is very clean which I find important. I don't think bad reviews bother him because obviously he has a busy practice. If anything changes I'll be sure to update my review.

This guy is a jerk. I was shocked by how rude this doctor was to me. Being a patient in pain is very vulnerable and putting my trust in a person I don't know to help my ear pain is difficult, and Dr. Rubaum is the reason why people don't trust doctors. First, he scolded me for not seeing a doctor sooner as condescending as possible. Then when he checked my ear he hurt me by pressing too hard and then claimed he couldn't look anymore because I'd told him it hurt. He didn't listen, put me down, but still happily took $55 from me. I honestly don't understand why this guy became a doctor. He doesn't seem to care about other people. If you get a referral to his office, ask your doctor for a different ENT office. Rubaem is not worth your money.

Worst customer service ever !!!!! Dont go there they will rob you. They will ask for money before you see a doctor (not legal) This place should be shut down

Dr. Rubaum is the best! He has been a doctor of our family for 24 years. I was his first patient for a Lazer procedure called Otolamb.

Worse staff, doctor and customer service everI went to this doctor a year and half ago and he didn’t really help meI scheduled an appointment later for a follow up but I couldn’t make it so I got charged for 50$ fee for not showing up and I paid the 50$. couple weeks ago which is a year and half later I got call from them saying that I still owe them the 50$ fee for not showing up so I started to argue with them saying that I already paid that 50$ they didn’t believe me and they started threatening me saying that if I don’t pay that 50$ again they will send it to the collection so I went on and printed my bank statement showing that I already paid that 50$ and I took and I went to the office today and they were so rude to me and they already sent it to the collection so I don’t recommend this doc to anybody. It’s horrible customer service

refuse to come here, they require a $50 deposit before you even come in?! not legal

Excellent specialist!!! I highly recommend Dr. Lad Rebaum! He is very knowledgeable and caring Doctor. He took care of me every step of the way before, during and after my surgery. His staff is very nice and helpful.
