Parthenia Family Dental's Online Review Report Card

I had an appointment scheduled for October 14th at 1:00 p.m. I arrived early, at 12:49 p.m., only to find the clinic completely closed. I received multiple reminders about my appointment, yet when I showed up, the doors were locked. This is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. If they can't even keep their clinic open for scheduled appointments, how can you trust them with your dental care? Very disappointed and frustrated. If they don't care about their patients' time, I doubt they care much about their health either.

The best in business. I was in so much pain and needed a root canal and crown. They gave an appointment right away took care of everything. Dr. Pirian and his staff were kind and professional. FIVE STAR 🌟

I visited the Parthenia Dental office and was greeted by a warm welcome and helpful staff especially the front desk! All staff was accommodating and assisted in making me feel comfortable. Best dental visit I’ve ever experienced!

Made an appointment for my mom through their website. Because when we tried to call they kept hanging up. Then we received a text telling us to book online. Their website schedules the appointments through Zoc Doc. We have received multiple appointment reminders. I called the day before the appointment and the receptionist said they had nothing on their schedule. They are saying this as I am looking at the appointment reminder on my mom's phone. The receptionist basically gave me a "too bad" type attitude and said she could give me an appointment for another day. But that's not the point, if I hadn't called my mom would have driven all the way out there for nothing wasting her time. She tried to blame it on Zoc Doc, as if they had nothing to do with it. She also said this was an ongoing issue they had. If that's the case disable the ability to schedule appointments online. She also mentioned she was able to see the appointment but it hadn't been confirmed. If that was the case why wouldn't you call to let the patient know she couldn't be seen that day. The whole thing made no sense and the customer service provided was terrible. I did give attitude and I will admit to that, but when a company doesn't value your time it's very frustrating. Organize yourselves better. Do better. I would never recommend this place to anyone solely based on the terrible customer service. I have attacked pictures of the text telling us to book online along with appointment confirmations.

I'm afraid of Dentist but OMG This is the best Dentist Office I've ever been to in my 66years. I'm so glad I came here. When I stepped into the door I was greeted by pleasant front desk staff. I'm elated right now because I never give reviews, but this is a must and I am so thankful for the pain-free care that I received from Dr. Pirian and Dr. Marout who gave me my smile back and now I can show my teeth when I get my picture taken Yah!!! I must mention the dental assistances Claudia she's a Gem, Alan and Sergio is awesome they were very gentle and professional. Kudos to this wonderful team of Dentists, Assistants & Staffs who should be honored in Forbes. Thank you kindly, I appreciate you all and I'm your patient now for as long as I'm in California, I'll drive the distance

I was in search for an Endodontics office that took insurance since my previous dentist sent me to one that didn’t take insurance, and due to an emergency tooth pain I had (I had been in pain for about 2-3 months) I was frantically searching on google for one. I had came across Parthenia Family Dental on ZocDoc. I made my appointment (thankfully it took less than a week) and from the inicial visit I was surprised not only by their service, but the staff, and doctors as well. I’m happy I came across them, I live an hour away but I don’t mind making the drive because their overall service is worth it in my opinion. The staff and doctors are very attentive and informative (something I didn’t have with my previous dentist) I’m even having my mom switch over to them as well because of how much I liked their service (I can’t say the same with my previous dentist) I’m not bashing anyone by any means but there’s a huge difference between my last dentist and Parthenia. They overall told me I had some work I needed done and in my opinion that work could’ve..should’ve been done at my previous dentist, but now Parthenia is getting it taken care of. I Definitely recommend them for any of your dental needs.

office staff is very unprofessional, answer phones as if they are speaking to their friends. Instead of saying "excuse me" or "can you repeat that" I was answered with "huh?" And "what". When I asked over the phone if I could bring my expired ID because i had lost my ID, I was told "that's fine" and given an appointment. Upon arrival i greeted the front office and said "good afternoon how are you guys". The female staff ignored my greeting and answered with "what do you need?" with a rude attitude. I handed over my childrens insurance and my ID, I was quickly turned away. I should have not been given an appointment initially, I had already mentioned my ID was expired. They were rude and wasted my time aswell as creat d an overwhelming feeling for my child with autism. i was ushered to this office by one of their employees outside of a grocery store, I decided to give the area a chance. Was not a good idea. Staff definitely gives the practice a bad name.
