they failed a wisdom tooth removal operation and lied to me saying it was going to heal and after months of not healing i go back and they tell me i need to get it removed or it will rot. they broke the top piece and did not tell me. they do not answer my calls and they refuse to send my paperwork. i've been bleeding for months do not go here they failed operation and lied to me. ive been i. pain for months because they failed to remove a wisdom tooth broke my tooth and it is rotting and need it removed according to them. i paid for them to remove the tooth and have to pay again somewhere else. warning warning warning do not go here ive been bleeding for months thinking im healing because they said im healthy and will heal but then they say i need surgery or it will rot *** reply to comment: i was not told the other piece needed to be removed or referred to a specialist at all until i noticed my tooth was still there. your assistant even said that's not the tooth that was removed but it was... smh. and it is illegal not to provide receipt of what i paid for but i will be contacting the police to help you guys with providing the receipt.

The dentist was very polite, staff welcoming, but the front desk receptionist was sketchy. DO NOT give them your social security information. They opened up a line of credit under my name without my authorization. I have now filed a dispute, but it will take weeks to be removed from my credit report. BE CAREFUL!

I put off going to the dentist for a very long time. During CoVid I severely damaged a tooth and gave in to getting it removed. " Professional, skillful, kind, accommodating, and friendly" are all fitting adjectives to describe the experience at the Panorama City Smile Center. Thank you for your kindness! J Zepeda

I had left a good review not knowing what I got myself into. The Dentist is great and very professional. She is the main and only reason I continued to take my family here. The receptionist is always on her phone. If she's not texting or talking on her personal phone during working hours, she's usually arguing with clients when I'm present. Which I totally get, she's very unprofessional and unorganized so ppl in our position get upset that her job isn't her priority. Today I was due for an appointment. I had noted down on my planner due to inconveniences from these past few years. I have been told a certain dates for an appointment, I show up and apparently it's my fault that I wrote the date wrong. I ALWAYS make sure to ask twice on the date and time because this has happened before. So frustrating! My kids have missed school before due to the receptionist, Noemi giving me wrong dates and showing the day of and then proceeds to tell me I have the date wrong. When I know I noted down the appointment said because she has not done this once or twice- MANY! No longer coming back here.

Though I had the feeling that my longtime dentist, Dr. Ed dela Vega, will be retiring soon, I felt sad when I learned that he actually did. Maricela, his office manager and assistant, graciously helped me find the Smile Center in Panorama City. She and Naomi helped me get into the first available appointment for my urgent dental issue without hesitation. A total of 3 visits and all my dental needs were fulfilled. Dr. Hizon, Jenny, Maricela and Naomi were great...Professional, skillful, kind, accommodating, and friendly. Thank you so much! (Maria) Paz Jimenez

I love this place! Never have I ever felt so comfortable coming to the dentist! The dr is very knowledgeable when it comes to dentistry. All the staff is amazing! As soon as I come in into the office, the nervousness goes away! I've never felt that way about the dentist. Janice is always so nice! She always starts a conversation with me and remembers little things. Treating not only like a customer more like a friend. She also showed me the proper way to floss. Overall this office is AMAZING I would 100% recommend this place

Ive been here twice and had great experience both times. Got my deep cleaning and I will definitely be back for more work. The staff is very friendly!
