If I could give this place a 0 I would! This place sucks! They take too long. All the nurses do is gossip and the doctor is a moron! He so fat but tells a person that is just 5lbs over weight that they are obese and they need to lose weight in such a rude way! I understood if I was in a caring way but he says it in such a horrible way. The female doctor is great! She cares for her patients but dr.Jesus is an idiot!

if i could give zero stars i would, my mom would take me here as a child since it was closer to home, growing up i hated it here everyone is rude and unprofessional. starting from the front desk they make you feel like you are bothering them even tho they aren't doing anything, just talking amongs each other. the wait is long way to fucken long even if you show up when they open. many bad experiences with all doctors especially dr jesus, makes you feel so uncomfortable i was a teen feeling already self conscious i would go in there and didn't feel like i was speaking to a dr, felt like i was just being judged for being over weight. i had gone one time late there was hardly any patients left and they (nurses/dr) forgot about my family and i in one of the rooms i guess they thought no one was there and were talking amongst themselves about women and they're private areas i was disgusted, after that i didn't go and it was honestly a traumatic experience going there, i hate going to get check ups anywhere because of them. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY, this place & all employees ARE RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL & HORRIBLE ALL AROUND. some people just shouldn't work in the medical field.

Incredible place to waist your time, make sure you have all day cuz they will give you the run around. We called to see what we needed before coming, since we're current patient, they said nothin, upon arrival they will waist your time by randomly asking you to get your kids tested once you're here, their brain don't function because they don't tell people before coming, they do it upon arrival so they can charge your insurance for the free COVID test of the Farmacy in the back, another way for them to make money from you. All of the staff is unprofessional, including the Doctors, good luck cuz they do not have good Spanish nor English, this place is a money pit, they don't care about their patients nor customer satisfaction, they put a sign up stating walk ins take 2 hours, people with appointments take 4 hours, people with no appointments 8 hours, if you complain they disregard you like animals, over the years coming here it has worsen, when you question their rules they can't even make sense out of them, they have to many patients every day and the location has not enough staff nor Doctors, even when you see the doctor and explain why you're there, they will perform random test and tell you everything is okay, all they're doing is ranking up that bill gor your insurance, Jesus one of the Doctors I can't even understand him, honestly I don't know how this place is till open, That is the million dollar question, keep it simple and do yourself a favor, you'll leave more sick of this place, avoid this place even if they tell you is free, will be posting these with BBA and complain to the Medica institution, I don't want anyone waisting money, time, saliva and leaving angry.

I've gone here for years because it is where I went as a child and yes some of the doctors aren't the best but that's when you have to complain/ or share any concerns to the manager of the clinic which is the older lady, I think her name is Miss Nabil, she takes feedback from patients very serious and will handle any issues on the spot for you. As of 2022, I recently was placed in a room with Dr Cathy, she's not there all the time but that's why you make sure and call. She is really the only doctor at this clinic that will take you serious. I got a Pap smear done with her and told her other things I felt wrong with me and she listened without rushing me out the room like the other doctors. After being a patient here for years, I know that if ima go here I have to wait a long time, if you are not comfortable with waiting then go to a different doctor. Don't make an appointment here it isn't worth it, just do a walk in and be patient.

Great service and the care for the patients is amazing. They listen and take care of all your medical needs. Definitely recommend this medical office to everyone. Dr. Hernandez and the other providers are great, they are always looking out for the patients well care.

Bad service, too much waiting even if there are few patients

I wanted to like this clinic so bad because my mother came here when she was pregnant with me and I started coming here as a child as well. It seems that overtime it got bad. They try their best though.

Omg this place is not up to par. None of the nurses could help me with any questions I had. They just kept bouncing me from one nurse to another. There needs to be more order and coordination and communication. It's ridiculous that only one person knows any information. Smh

DONT COME HERE! Waited 3.5 HOURS just for vitals and blood work WITH AN APPOINTMENT. They can’t answer any questions and are very unorganized. Their is no where to sit and they won’t give you blood work results over the phone, you have to come back in to see the doctor and go through that nightmare of a wait again. They need to get it together, stop accepting new patients and walk-ins (because they obviously aren’t capable of handling it) or simply be shut down.
