Terrible experience. Doctor immediately made me feel uncomfortable. They then proceeded to have the door to the room I was in wide open when I have no pants on waiting for my pap smear. This place is just a mess

They close 30 min earlier than should of. Staff are rude and can't help people even if they see them dying. Bad bad bad.

I was translating for my mom even though she able to talk english pretty well and he said I understand Spanish and speak it fluently bs then why couldn’t he understand certain stuff my mom told him in Spanish. Rude, unprofessional doctor. His pants were dirty and his doctor coat was dirty from the back. The only good part was that he gave my mom a pill to lower her blood pressure.

Excellent customer Service. Staff friendly, professional, and courteous. Dr.Allen was great it was pleasure to be seen by him. He took great care of me and they wait was not long. I am so glad we have him here in this area. I wouldn't go to any other urgent care.
