It’s 9:10am and this place is not open! People waiting outside abs no one Evers answers the phone! The service here is very bad. I’ve come her twice abs will never come back “NEVER”

Took my daughter in today with a sinus infection 🤧, the doctor was great, explained everything to her & was very thorough, made sure she had all the meds needed for everything going on. Everyone was very nice, we will keep coming back as The Roads Clinic is packed all the time even though that is where her pcp is we like this urgent care much better.

Overall It was a quick, professional, and sanitary visit. I think they can improve with thicker walls because I was able to hear the conversations between the doctor and other patients from my exam room.

Horrible service. They do not want to work with you. I thought you go to Dr for help. I paid $100 for my son to be seen a total of 8 mins. He had a fever and infection. Dr note needed to be extended a day they told me I had to pay for another visit $100!!! Total Rip off!!!!!!!! Unbelievable.

Was issued unlabeled and expired antibiotic for my grandson. He vomited every time he took it. Called and they never returned calls. My daughter missed work to get new medication. Pharmacy person who originally dispensed antibiotic very rude and incompetent. This experience was exact opposite of their mission statement.

i do not recommend going to this place. my mom was there waiting for 4 hours so that they can just recommend her tylenol ?!?! VERY BAD SERVICE!!
