Reddy Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I usually go here because it's close to the house but I had a terrible and CONCERNING experience the last time I went a week ago. I took my SICK 5 year old to get antibiotics for chronic cough he's had for over a month! He has coverage but it showed an old insurance policy on file which they acknowledged was inactive and still refused to use his ACTIVE insurance!! And the person in the front was completely incompetent and blamed it on billing. How are refusing service for a sick child who I have coverage for?? I'm going to file a formal complaint and possible take this further! COMPLETELY not okay!!!

I'd give more stars if I could. Magda (FNP)- Most Professional, helpful and informative. I would love to have as a primary Dr. Both Vanessa and LizBeth at front desk are also helpful and professional. Best urgent care, hands down, so far. Thank you to everyone in this office. Tina Souza

great experience fast and efficient! Took my grandma in to be seen and was treated with a lot of respect ! Will definitely go again if necessary !

This place is a scam trying to scare me to take $150 covid19 test. Seems they are not very knowledgeable about what test to give me!

I took my son to get covid tested was told the doctor would call to check on him since we didn't see a doctor. They never called I was told I would result in 24 to 48 hrs it's been 9 days. Doctor never called and never got any results.

I took my 2 year old in after she fell and got a cut on her forehead. The wait was minimal, as there was one patient before us, and the staff even put her favorite movie on for her in the waiting room. The doctor had a great bed side manner and was very tender with my little one. I was afraid of going because the other questionable reviews, but I had a very pleasant experience.

Do not come here. A family member waited 6+ hours to get tested and has been waiting on results for 8 days now!!! They do not answer their phone.

They make you wait giving you hope they might know your plan will not cover test. They will not check until is your turn, so if you loose your hours waiting they don't care. In my point of view they should make a list of what plans are accepted or what is not accepted. To avoid going and just waiting for nothing. They don't care!

Do not bother coming after 1 they will not take you at all. They do not give appointments. Other people work and cant make it until after 1 & "they say they're backed up" do not come for testing.

I came here for a Covid test, they wanted insurance info so I gave them all I had. I am between jobs and my other jobs insurance does not kick in until next month. So when they ran my info it shows I'm not covered. Okay no big deal I am willing to pay for it. The employees said they can't accept legal tender for services, you know like every single business does. They just shrugged their shoulders and did nothing....in a pandemic where people are losing jobs without insurance they REFUSED a person willing to pay for covid testing. People look elsewhere for care.
