My mom came down here and we have never experienced such rude representative literally yelling and with a rude aggressive ordering audited in front of everyone a room full of patience and he made me feel uncomfortable and embraced around everyone in the room because he was yelling to put on her mask ( if he would of asked nicely we would definitely put the mask on), my mom is 60 so she goes to the doctor often and she's never experienced such demanding rude behavior and the dude told my mom he doesn't care that she's a Patient and dose not care about her condition and she could leave with a loud aggressive tone, we Immediately called the supervisor Sindy was no help, not just rude and unprofessional but unpleasant and inconsiderate about her associates behavior against My mom he didn't not resolve the issue ( the issue was with the guys Attitude) We been asked Numerous amounts of times to put on masks and never had a issue with following the mask mandate rules but this guy yelled at my mom in front of everyone and embarrassed me just because he's unprofessional performance in communication with customers)
Don't even bother by going there !!! The staff is very unprofessional and aside from feeling that this clinic is open to make money you will here the staff tell you they don't care ! AT a patient CARE Facility ! I came to this facility as a check up for my mothers eyes which we initially got referred to to get a new prescription glasses to find out she had dry eyes and the condition needs to be treated before getting a new prescription so it would be accurate. After getting it treated we came back to the clinic for a check up and to get a new prescription. To find out that this clinic dose not do a check up and a prescription in the same day. When we where told other wise on the day we made the appointment. However when we asked a copy of are old prescription which is on file the front desk refused to give it to us and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she stated that they don't even have it on file when the doctor had checked it and showed it to me on the computer minutes ago ! But if we put that aside and talk about the GREAT costumer service that they have you will be amazed at the young guy with white hair yelling at an older lady to put on her face mask ! And when we explain that she had medical condition he said he " I do not care and she could put it on or leave ! " And when asked to speak to the supervisor/ the facility manager she could care less and demanded it to be put on. To add icing on the cake. This clinic will give the same appoint to several people so it will become a first come first serve and you will have 5-7 people ahead of you and once you are in you will not see the doctor especially if it's a check up you will see the Tech and be asked to wait out side for the next thing before you finally get in to see the doctor and if you look around it's happening to everyone around you, and when you finally see the doctor for the five minutes that you need 3 hour have passed. This place is no worth you giving your money to or your insurance money to because they don't care about you eyes but only your money and believe me you will see it and feel it. Worst clinic I've been to.
I had an eye emergency and The staff squeezed me in without problem and the staff upon arrival was efficient, thorough, and Dr. Davis was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and a good listener. The office was very well staffed, had very convenient parking, took my insurance with ease, and was super clean! Switching to them for all of my eye care needs now!
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I am pleased with Dr Davis , he was able to operate on my dad a few weeks ago and I have no complaints on his work but the staff working for him is the worst. I've communicated numerous amount of times to the staff with help I need with a form their office needs to fill out and they never return my call as promised. I drove to the Pasadena (I live an hour away) location to pick my up paperwork that should have been filled out per previous conversations I had with their coordinator and never was. She doesn't care to call customers back to communicate or remember arrangements she's made. The communication has always been terrible with this location. They really give you that "we don't care about you" feeling. The worst part is the person whom I spoke to never called me, she passed the buck to other staff to tell me what was going on to avoid me. I feel as if I'm being avoided each time I call. I have left her voicemails and still have not heard back from her. It's extremely frustrating. I work in healthcare myself and I could never imagine not caring for my patients or helping them with paperwork they are not familiar with or at the very least communicating with them and not ignoring them. The staff is also extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. I cannot believe these people are employed at such a well known eye group. It's disappointing and makes you never want to return.
Awful customer service!!! People in this office have no respect for your time and money. I had an appointment for the very first time and the optician had left earlier. I’ve been asked to come again and call beforehand to check if the optician is available. I called the next day to ensure the optician is in the office. Once confirmed, I took time off from work and stopped by again to measure my glasses. To my surprise, the optician had went to a different office. Also, there was additional costs that was never communicated to me in advance.
When you call this company you always get the answering service from a call center, they have no clue about anything and are useless.I had my first appointment this morning, when I get there the waiting room is full so I ask if there will be a long wait, the receptionist tells me no, just a few minutes. I fill out the paperwork and wait, 20 minutes later I ask her what is the delay, she tells me the doctor is delayed by another half hour . What? you could not tell me this when I got there? I left. This is another factory where nobody seems to care about anybody's time. Their motto must be : Just fill up the schedule and let them wait... ... no thank you.

It took me a few years to find Dr. Bedrood, and I can say unequivocally that she is the best Glaucoma doctor I have ever been to! She is always calm, kind, supportive, respectful, non-alarmist, and polite. She never talks down to a patient and is truly gifted in explaining difficult concepts and issues in a very cogent and comprehensible way. She also runs the best medical office that I have ever been to. Everyone who works for her is like her in that they feel a true calling to help people. By the time you see a Glaucoma specialist, most people are anxious and nervous. When you walk into her office each and every person you encounter is so considerate, helpful, and truly goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They understand that patients are usually tense and worried, and everyone at this office is dedicated to making the experience as easy and serene as possible. The office manager, Karla, should be on a training video for doctors teaching them how to run an office. She is always available to help with a problem, has the sweetest demeanor, and has truly amazing problem-solving skills. It is clear that she has a genuine desire to help people. Gracie and all the other women at the front desk are so welcoming, and also very helpful when you call. George and all of the people who give the difficult Visual Field tests know how to make a patient feel calm and relaxed. I wish I could remember everyone's name because each person I have encountered in this office has done so much to help me and given me the gift of feeling valued and truly cared for as a patient. As the ex-wife of a doctor and the mother of a PA, I know how difficult practicing medicine today is. Dr. Bedrood and every member of the staff are shining examples of how medicine should be practiced. They are so kind-hearted and always give flawless care.
I never saw a doctor here but got a run around when trying to make an appointment. The intake process (in Pasadena?) is not well organized and this group is frustrating to deal with. I went elsewhere.
As a patient/client, the staff are unwelcoming and unresponsive. I was told that they would send me a copy of my eyeglass prescription several weeks ago and still have not received it. I had to pick it up after not receiving it for over a week. The doctors treated me with indifference, and their explanations were far short of helpful and useful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
