Clean, courteous staff and efficient/sympathetic doctor on staff. I held off going because I was expecting the worst, but this was such a pleasant experience that I am kicking myself for not being treated sooner.

I went in with terrible ear pain and medium-grade fever. Tested negative twice before coming in for COVID but was met with a rude doctor that did not say hi, barely looked in my ears, did not read my paper, and claimed I should take a PCR and left. Went to EXER two days later and it turns out I have a bad ear infection that should have been treated a little earlier... never coming back here.

Honestly I came here because of the good reviews, but I won't be back. I've spent almost four hours here and nothing has helped my condition. I tested negative and the doctor let me go, even though I told her I had a really bad cold. The doctor didn't give me any help. I feel like she wants me to leave quickly.

If you want to be treated like a moron, Advanced Urgent Care is the place for you. I came here because I was not feeling well, but the ladies working the front desk seem to really dislike people in pain. They smirk and are impatient and rude and seem to relish treating people like crap for asking simple questions. Horrible.

I came in after spitting up blood all morning from sores in my throat. I had already gotten a negative covid test the day before, but the dr here was Hell bent on diagnosing me with covid. I did another rapid test in the clinic which came back negative and they had me do another swab for covid for a pcr test. They didn't check for anything else. The pcr test came back negative a few days later, and after consulting with my primary care physician, was diagnosed and given antibiotics as treatment. Biggest waste of time and money. They didn't even swab for strep. They were just POSITIVE it was covid after 2 negative tests.

I literally just got home from the Advance Urgent Care in Pasadena to make sure if I was positive for COVID and had an awful experience with one of the lady doctors there. I do not know the name of the doctor but she was very rude to me after I waited 40mins to see if I was Positive for COVID. I was very patient and let the nurse know yes I took an AtHome COVID test before I came in but wanted to come in to make sure the AtHome Test was correct. For the the doctor to come in and TRY to consult me about why I was there made me feel UNCOMFORTABLE and thought maybe I shouldn’t have come in to check to make sure. She was very rude and asked me “Why are you even here?” Making me feel insecure about my decision to come in. She also did not ask if I was vaccinated or suggested what to do to help get better and just went out the door. Her attitude was not necessary towards me to make sure I was ok and for me trying to keep the people around me safe.

I drove 40 mins to this location because their automatic system said they take their last patients 30 mins before closing time. We arrived at 7:05pm and was turned away because they refused to verify my insurance and wanted me to pay cash instead. A patient waiting there comment they do this often. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t wanna see a child crying due to a dog bite.

Really great experience here!! The staff were nice and professional. The facility is very clean. The wait time was short. They were gentle while drawing my blood. If you are looking for urgent care, I recommend this place.
